Some guy just called me baked out of his mind asking about an amp I had for sale on CL over a year ago. I don't know if we talked a year ago and he saved my number or what. Anyway I was laughing my ass off. He offered me $100 and a 20 sack :roflmao:

I would really love to try your coffee Sean. I even went to dun brothers and had some coffee and thought it was burned to shit. I had a really gooe cup at the Dogwood coffee next to the Kitche Window. It was mduch better than expected.

I feel like an ass I didn't offer when you were here. From de de de to a double cap is about 3 minutes. Most spent talking. Doubles re-appear every 70sec afterwards. Singles twice as fast, tongue.png

Foofy derivations are not served. Chocolate is not foof.

Chocolate is indeed foof, sir... But it is perfectly acceptable foof.

Ok, I'll give you milk chocolate as foof, but IMO milk chocolate isn't edible. Dark or bust

Agreed. I love dark chocolate. I can't eat white or milk chocolate. The detailer at my shop is from El Salvador. He gets home made foods (cheeses and meats) sent from his family down there all the time. He also gets home made dark chocolate. It comes in a plastic zip lock bag, and it is not quite hard... It looks like a big dark lop of shit in a bag, but holy shit, it is amazing.

Dark has that weird flavor to it that I just can't deal with...same reason I can't drink dark coffee. Milk chocolate is great.

You need to cut fast food out of your diet.

Matt you've gotten the migraines before with the floaters / blotched vision?

I use to get them occasionally on my way home from dirt biking, but yesterday I had one a few hours after my workout. I've tried drinking more water, but that doesn't seem to help any.

And here I thought I was done with them since I haven't had any for months.

Well in 30 minutes I leave for my hearing, which takes place in an hour.

If they agree with my lawyer and myself I will be getting my medical discharge. If not, its left up to the Commanding General to make a final decision. I am not a 'spiritual' man by any conventional means. For those of you that are, all I ask is that you throw a little something up for me.

Are the floaters like stars moving around? If so it sounds really BP related. If it is just "spots" then I cannot tell you. It is interesting as they used to think HBP and migraines were related, but usually it is in people with lower BP, or a sudden drop.

My migraines are all just nausea and icky feeling.

Parts of my vision is fuzzy almost like looking through a kaldiscope sp? Its not blurred, yet I can't really see a clear picture of whatever I focus on.

Only thing I can do is sleep it off, and afterwards im exhausted. Today I feel fine, but if I was to do something straining then I get immediate pressure to my dome.

Tomorrow ill feel 100% normal.

I can't imagine it being from high blood glucose levels since I don't eat that many carbs, but I do have a good bit of sodium every other day or so.

He didn't say he is not eating carbs, he said he doesn't eat that many.

The Standard American Diet (see what I did there) relies heavily on large amounts of bread, pasta, sugar filled drinks, etc... IIRC Stefan has cut those out of his diet and relies mostly of meat, vegetables, fruit and some dairy for his nutrition. All of those except for meat contain carbs, but it is much harder to ingest high levels of carbs without the items mentioned previously.

Therefore more of his diet comes from fat and protein (which is great because your body can be very effective at using fat for fuel and protein is great for building muscle) and he also has enough carbs in his diet to maintain proper glycogen levels desired for athletic performance.

Pretty much sums it up. I eat my carbs post workout and enough to replace glycogen stores and not go through gluconeogenesis.

More dependent on fat and protein.

Steak salad and fruit isn't exactly not tasty.

Though my carbs from potatoes are pretty bland.

Most of the food that I make is bland because I don't know better, and I simply don't give a shit. I eat to live. And no im not saying you can't have tasty healthy food.
