Dehydration certainly is a bitch. It possibly was 1/2 the cause of my flipping the fuck out yesterday. I have had issues with crowds at times for the last few years but Saturday afternoon was one of the worst in a very long time.

I just had some Vietnamese food. I went crazy on the fish sauce etc. Just keep drinking water and no sodium bloat.

This is the first year I can remember being dehydrated. At least to the level it affected me for more than a day. I hope my kidneys are ok. I think I will give it 2 weeks then have a fluid/blood test. I watch my BP and it has been doing fine but I have noticed some up days in the past few weeks. Might be time.

I hit 30 and ly life and body fall apart. :-)

On the other hand, I'm healthier and happier than I have been in years.

You all may not know but I had seriously dangerous BP for a while and the thought my kidneys were failing and cancer related problems. It probably was just stressed, but I get checked frequently just to be sure. After that kind of scare you rethink health.

I thrive and grow in positive stress. hard work etc....

I die quickly in negative stress. I didnt know I was that susseptable. When you BP regulates and you drop 60 pounds without trying after being asked to leave in a really impolite manner...... You find out how badly you did have it.

Shot the 308 at some homemade steel targets at 300ish yards away today. I was surprised it punched holes through the steel, mind you it wasn't 3/4" more like 3/8", and wasn't that far out so velocity was still fairly high, but still--hot knife through butter.

You need armor plate steel. AR500 I think is the common name.
