Magic equation, get off the high heart rate and start working the muscles.

It's the opposite for speed and distance, but it won't hurt that to build some muscle.

Pay or don't pay. Kinda shitty if you don't in my opinion, but shit happens.

Buy and re-list? or offer to pay them a listing fee and some change and chalk it up as a mistake.

Contact the seller and see if they can do anything for you.

Feedback can go a long way....

Oh boy....... they just passed the "no helmet required" law in my state a few days ago.

Going to be a hell of a time convincing my brother to just wear a fucking helmet because it makes sense.

Odd, I had a guy who's 'son won an auction he was not given permission to bid on'.

Told him I want my listing fee's and its good to go.

I think it would mostly depend on the value of the object. If it was less than $100 then I would expect the seller to be compliant with you; but if it's a big hit item you might get stuck with negative feedback. I won a bid for an item of which I didn't read the description well enough and discovered I didn't need it. It was only $20 and the seller just feed me for the listing and it was all good :)
