Lead is quite toxic, but should have no vapors unless superheated.

I'm curious about a BGE now, I wonder how pricing is...?

I cannot believe some of the stupid fucking questions I get asked regarding car audio.

Someone just asked me "when you put your box in did you have to take out your rear windshield to get it in?

The FUCK?

Also

"Will I have to remove the back of the box to wire the sub up?"

I had wanted to do some UV fill on my arm, but I was suggested not to because of the ink not being approved for health reasons yet.

I wanted to do similar to this, but could not find a local guy to do it.

I think I paid around $650 for my egg with plate setter and charcoal, figure another $120 in materials for my stand, and another $270 on the controller that I added.

My egg and stand, think the first day I got it due to how clean the plate setter is. Ceder with a slate tile top.

Just looked at the mini version for camping, and trips up into the mountains. hmm hmm hmm. Probably won't be lugging around 30lbs for backpacking, but camping.

Does the controller allow you to remotely change the temperature?

I can't stand MATLAB. Obviously because I don't know how to use it, but I still can't stand it.

Anyone gone backpacking across Europe?

My art teacher told me he went during college. Got a pass for the euro rail, to go country to country. Said he slept on the rail at night, didn't have to pay for any hotels, and ate cheap at the markets.

I'd be down for sleeping on trains, using hostels, and eating cheap.

Rount trip plane ticket, euro rail pass, and cheap food for two weeks, think it can be done for under $2500?

I went a few years ago but stayed in hotels. It was awesome. The exchange rate sucks so keep that in mind.It is very easy to get around using public transportation, and very cheap.

Did the aliasing stuff make sense to you? Basically you are undersampling which means there are more than one way to connect the dots and analyzers (your eyes are one btw) pick the easiest path and not more complex assuming the sampling is good enough. In the case of the camera what it is recording is actually what is happening AT THAT FRAMERATE which means your eyes see the truth, the truth here though is that you aren't sampling fast enough :>)

Yes I read it twice to understand. The chart I copied made it a little easier also.

I was making pizza today on the egg temp was 600+ and I went to peek in the egg and forgot to burp it. Most all of my hair is now singed, then the wife comes home and says boy you look gray. Lesson learned and I will not do that again.

Did you burn up your gasket? If so, give me your address.

No the gasket is still good, just need my hair to grow a little. Thanks.

AMAZING how much fire the burp takes care of. Mine melted the fuck out of my gasket, so I added a gasket that is stable to 1750F. Of course, while setting in the new gasket (read first roaring fire) I singed/melted part of it as well. You can make some heat with these bitches.

Yes it is amazing, but nothing compares for cooking. What material did you use?

Can't remember, but it was like $100. I have enough to do another 10 BGE's though :) So, let me know when/if you need some.

I looked over my felt seal and there is some wear on the inside. So I am guessing I should replace it this year.

You need to get lead above 600F to produce lead vapor. I haven't heard of a car getting above 180F so you should be safe. I would be more worried about skin contact and lead dust.
