That's been around for as long as I can remember. I remember going to my first car audio show in 1997 and seeing them there.

Not very deep snow but I was scraping it with the diffs in a few spots. Quite a bitch to drive up, even with snow chains on the rear tires.

Shot leaf springs = tons of wheel hop and it doesn't help traction at all.

Anyone here have to deal with packrats making homes in their engine bays?

Cocksuckers keep coming back. Generally if I drive it everyday it's not a big issue, but lately it's been bad. We cleared a bunch of cactus and shit where they were making nests near the house.

I won't have the hood up over night. I've heard lights can piss them off. Any led kit I could put under the hood, wouldn't draw too much amperage? Or if it used it's own batteries?

Any other tricks?

Sean, send me some mingus cds or flacs. :)

To where?

Really wish Pandora had jazz like they have other genre's.

As for what else, what about the Mingus do you like? Not like?

Some of the slower stuff I'll get tired of quickly. I like the sax, and really like drums.

I just got the East Coasting album, I like east coasting (take 4), and the Celia track. It's slower, but the sax makes up for it.

I can make an ftp account?

How fast can you handle?

Try some Jack Dejohnette, Elvin Jones, Tony Williams, Andrew Cyrille if you like drummers

And its decided. The house is going up for sale.

How's the housing market in your neck of the woods?

Closing in on 2002. Figure its time to buy and hopefully sell before everything is there. Stilll some optimism so hopefully I get 2005 for my house and buy at 2002.

Damn, it's snowing like crazy outside. This is going to be a shitty drive home from work. People seem to go nuts in the city when it snows.

Fuck you.

Don't mention snow.. Sean will be angry! lol

And you too for making it take two posts.

:P it's still snowing here. Pretty much everyone is saying its perfect snowmobile snow. Best they've seen in years.

Well fuck you and your sarcasm too

Did you get the deal you wanted on the other lot?

Nope. ;)

That one is too spendy. Downsizing.

When they bleed you know you've done well. Usually mine get to almost that point before I notice.

If you don't have a dog, a 5 gal pail with 1" of antifreeze in it works pretty well. Just put it right next to your car. Nice too that it preserves them as they die so they don't smell.

Hey guys. I'm sneaking in after my busy week. I'm going to my friends house tomorrow night for lasagna and I am looking to create a side dish and get some red wine.

For the side dish, I am bringing it because my girlfriend and I are not eating flour so I don't want to be a burden on the party. So it will need to be a "side" dish but something my girlfriend and I can eat as a main dish as well.

On to more important things. I'd love to get a delicious red wine. My girlfriend likes sweet wines but that's kind of out of the question with reds so its not very important. I'm really not sure which way to go with it. I like dry but I want it to be enjoyable for all the guests.

By the way Sean. I bought some cappolla Chardonnay and I loved it. It reminded me of a wine that I paid $24 for in Austin a few years back (which is one of the best wines I've had).

Yikes, Lasagna and no flour? Is your side dish to be protein based or more of a true side?

Are there any reds you like? Your gf and my tastes may not correlate so well, lol. I like my reds big & bold.

 and now its past tomorrow night. Sorry MK. :(

Also, can't say that I can think of a great side dish for Lasagna and if I brought something it woudl surely show it up, lol.

I just want to have some food while I'm there an not look weird just eating Salad. So it can really just be a side as I don't really want something that's going to dominate the lasagna. I can also grub on some food before/after if needed.

As far as the wine, I'm pretty much 100% sure my gf won't like it no matter what so I'm not looking to impress her with it lol. I know that I am a fan of Merlot and I want to say Cabernet Sauvignon .
