Whats the work entail for your workers?

Right now I am about 18 month out and with the way the Army has changed I think I'm calling my Active Duty career closed at the end of this contract. I'll go Reserves and just work on my pension much slower.

I can tell you here if you have an engineering degree from a good college you will go a long way.

Been working on college slowly. Most of my experience is in leadership roles (between 2 and 20 people) and in administrative (especially pay and other 'high priority' areas) work.

My knowledge and experience is consistently sought out by people in MUCH higher positions of authority.
