He says he's planning on buying a bunch of stuff because he's starting a build. So I don't know if he's just nuts and looking at everything, or if that's just an excuse for spamming.

I don't want to ban someone because there just crazy and looking at everything, but it really sounds like he's just wasting everyone's time.
