Welcome to the IHoP

I need to build a pair of speakers and have the paint dry before Thursday evening. It shouldn't be very hard, the cabinet is super easy to build.

Lol, nice when a liberal source evaluates fox. My taxes went up under Obama btw.

Mine too. As the value of my homes dropped according to the bank and the market.... weird... the county for BOTH homes I have increased the value over 10% this year.

Republican Senators need to STFU already and pass the Zagroda bill; fucking dicks

damn straight. did you watch the daily show thursday night?

The daily show isn't news. It's like NBC, just some comedians making jokes to people who pretend to be smart enough to understand the jokes, but really just laugh on reflex.

Only grinders I've had good luck with have been DeWalt and Metabo.

The worst thing about newer grinders is the plastic brush retainers. They melt too easily and then you're SOL.

Metabos are pretty much the best thing out there.

I remember growing up, nothing topped a Milwaukee back then. I have used Dewalts for yrs and they seem to take a beating. I personally got to have one with a paddle trigger, not a switch. I have never tryed a Metabo.

One of my favorite attactments for scribing logs, the Sir-cuts-alot.

Dewalt paddle switches are pretty darn good, but I still think Metabo tops them all.

I tell you what, if someone is willing to risk their life for this country, their brothers, their friends, and their families, I don't give a fuck how they like meat. They shouldn't be questioned and it shouldn't matter, and if they are gay and proud, they should be allowed to shout it from the heavens.

PERSONALLY,

I could give a flying fuck less.

I just know how people serving with me feel.

MANY would not be comfortable, and they survey was done in a possibly dangerous way.

J

I don't serve. I think it would be great to be out and open.

However, every single person I know who is active or retired feels that DADT should stay. None of them are bigots or have any issue with gays serving. They all just feel that it's not the time or the climate for that to happen.

I frankly don't have a damn clue why civilians have any right to decide on the social climate of the millitary.

i dont know if we have any musically inclined guys who frequent the HOP but if you are, im thinking about learning guitar... i've been thinking about it for quite a long time and im pretty determined to learn. im a big gamer and after seeing the new rock band game actually releasing a guitar through fender that is a working guitar as well as an actual controller (basically there are sensors along the neck of the guitar to detect your fingers)made me interested in giving it a try. trust me if i spent half the time i usually spend playing COD or halo on learning guitar it would not take long to learn at all..

of course the price is a bit ridiculous considering you need the guitar @ 280 bucks, game @ 30-40 bucks used, and a midi adapter @ 40 bucks.

im sure some of you might be turned off to the price but what are your opinions?

to me, if it works, it's cheep. Take lessons and you would blow through that much in WAY less time...

And it is! :D

The grinder is by far one of my favorite tools. From a diamond blade for tile to a metal cutoff wheel for steel, they are BMF's.

Your preaching to the choir.

They need a rule........minimum 5 years service for senate or house, 10 years president. Must be combat arms for Sec. Defense.

I have to fly through to get home for the holidays. What country, I do not know until I get on the plane LOL.

Nothing like flying someplace, but not knowing ahead of time where you are heading.

I don’t think someone should have to serve to be a politician. I think someone should have to do some form of civil service to vote though. Some way of supporting our military.

I was more saying that the military shouldn’t have social or civil climate rules made by a bunch of people who aren’t involved. They have their own legal system and executive system. They should have ultimate say in their legislative also. I think DADT is garbage. So are the homophobic people involved. But it’s not my job to make them feel the way I do, the moment I do that then I might as well step in line with them because I’m just as guilty.

We don’t need it to change to function. It’s not risking lives to keep DADT going. The brass doesn’t like it, and from my personal experiences the guys on the bottom don’t like it either. So if almost everyone involved doesn’t want it…..

So I'm getting a W505 for Christmas. Now I get to heck up the dash to install it :)

This truck is going to be hell to sell one day.

Quick question on wiring. I already have a single DIN head unit. Can I re-use the wiring harness or should I get a new one?

You can re-use it

No game will teach you how to play. If you want to learn, start with classical.

The real question is long term what are your goals...
