Oh, and the dynamic range could be improved. I'd like more output occasionally as it falls down, but not really all that often as it is pretty quiet in the cabin.

Still haven't put CD's in yet. Probably will tonight as I am taking the W and son out for dinner. Should try out his DVD player I suppose as well.

speaking of rims...does anyone have any info on "refinishing" them?

Powdercoating is usually the cheapest optoin

just found a couple places where i am located. Seems pretty reasonable. They estimated $65 per rim. Not to shabby

Good question, I'm interested too. My extra set is in bad condition and I'd love to show it some love...

It depends on what type of finish you are trying to restore.

<<< doesn't drink coffee

drinking green tea atm, coffee comes later in my day

I can drink 1-2 liters of tea per day no problem. Spearmint is nice.

a cup of sweet dreams or earl gray is good to end the day with

Tea = kidney stones for me :(

That sounds expensive, not terribly though. $150 for all four would make sense.

Sean, I like #2.

Out of all places to express you like poop at least its in the international house of poo.

Winner :) One more question to those fools and I am ordering a set. $2k I hadn't planned on spending, but I had planned on that much for the stereo so I guess its a wash. Probably list all my shit outside of drivers for sale finally now. Probably will keep the 880 for a little while...unless someone has a Behringer and they want to horsetrade.

Ryan, its winter. Scratch your balls instead. Too bad you didn't live more in the snow belt, you'd love snowmobiling.

I've been sledding quite a bit. I am within 30miles of the lake, so we get a lot of (lake effect, read heavy) snow here. I used to go with friends all the time several years ago, but haven't been in long time. 90mph on top of the snow is pretty damn fun. Only complaint I have is the cold wind. No amount of layers is enough to keep me warm.

I really don't want to dick around with these RFs I have, but I like the fact that I can mount them anywhere.

The rims look good on the MB in picture #2. Maybe because it is a nice picture :ughdunno:
