What length Top Tube do you need?

no idea

Is your road bike the "right" length on the top tube? Where on the bars do you normally feel your hands are more comfortable? Need to know what frame size your 1.5 is as well.

1.2 I'm not that rich :P

Its a 56cm. My hands generally rest about where the grip tape starts. I can still shift up/down and brake comfortably.

I really wish I could find a good MTB in my area. All the descent deals are 2-3 hours away

How far is the drop from your seat to the top of the bars? Is your back at around 45 degrees or more or less?

These ribs are so weird... it's not like a "rib roast" as it's too short. It's also got more meat and a thick coat of fat on top way bigger than I have ever seen before.

I know bone in prime rib, and beef ribs for BBQ. This looks like neither.

I love it when the fat ISN'T all trimmed off.

a little bit of fat is fine; anything over a 1/4" though and its just blech

Having the ability to trim it myself is huge..... Also thicker than 1/4 means more to keep and use for other things...

I will say this costco vacpac has the WHITEST fat I have ever seen inside.
