Had some great actor and slider training today at spookhaven.

Haunt season is coming fast and this year should be awesome!!

Tis' the season for ghosts and ghouls!! Bring on the Creepshow!!

:fing34:

Trolling through Rubie's mask selection as we speak.

Rubie's is ok, but there are better choices for masks.

Where do you recommend?

I like the foam masks, they are more comfy for me.

Got a package today from Madisound...but with problems this time :(

One TB w3 with a stuck voice coil and instead of Fountek FR89's I got Fountek FR88's.

Let's see how they will handle this...

Finally back. Spent all last week, M-F, in Jefferson City, MO. That place pissed me off. They have NO straight roads, and so many little subdivisions with only one street in and one street out. They had construction for 100 feet on the direct road from our hotel to the training facility, but instead of just being able to go one block over to bypass it, we had to go 3 miles north and 5 miles east on highways to get around it. So f'ing stupid.

Then right when I got back on Friday, took off for my hometown for the weekend. Put on new front axles, which was an experience. More later.

Worked a 10 hour day in the elevator today and I've worked a total of 101.5 hours in the last 11 days (including 2 off days)...

Get PAID son!

I used to love pounding 12 hour days for 14 days straight. I didn't get hourly, but I the commish checks were great.

No EAS at Wally World; found some Six Star Muscle though that is as equally potent (~23g per scoop), $8.50 a pound, and doesn't smell like horse piss. Smells quite lovely, actually...

Then it works! Good find.

:D

Some of that poorly filtered and/or cheep flavored whey is just foul.

im sick of this bullshit jigsaw diameter cuts, thinking about renting a router tomorrow. Do they sell router circle adapters at the local lowes, sears, menards?

Heres a poor man circle jig.

When your wife asks, "I’m going to bed hun, want to come?" the answer is not, "No thanks, I’m not sleepy." That isn’t what she had in mind.

When helping your fiance clean out her purse, if you find an old spray canister at the bottom, do not spray it on your wrist, then rub, to check to see if the "Perfume" is still any good. You should also ignore the desire to scratch anywhere near your groin until you have washed your hands. Because, if your luck is like mine, the "Perfume" will turn out to be very old pepper spray. Yes, it still works. Yes, it takes a moment to kick in. Yes, you will be laughed at in the ER.

Anyhow, based on the behavior I've seen the last three times or so I've gone to the movies, I've just about decided to invest in a nice HT setup and wait for DVD's/Blu-Rays to be released via Netflix. The cinema, one of my most revered places, a place as holy to me as any house of worship, has been officially ruined by my fellow Americans; for shame.

:)

HAF is waiting for you.

I would love to not go to the theater anymore but the W LOVES going to the theater.

Really the only reason I go to the theater is for the big screen and the audio system...and the popcorn

All three of which I can basically reproduce in my own home with enough funds and gumption, so, why bother driving at least a half hour to watch a flick, ya know

Yes, I have to drive at least 35 miles in any single direction to find a theater

Wouldn't be so bad if they set up the theater as SCIF room

I don't care if there are bodies in the trunk. That's wicked nice.

Tried to track down an aftermarket warranty or any warranty for it for that matter and nothing is available which crosses it off my list. My buddy had a CL65 for 6 months before it got lemoned and the warranty repairs on that had over 26 pages of work. MB took care of him in the end but tried to fuck him in the process. Considering the numbers of Alpina's produced, I don't want the "one" of the bunch that mimics his CL.

once you see blue ray and hear a well done 5.1 with mid fi speakers like my energy speaks or even better some digms or the likes, the movie theater will seam like torture.

that and you can sit/lounge on whatever seating you want. I have some great HT couches I got for a song too. One has heat and vibration and the other is a birkliner with less bells and whistles but it's so comfy it's amazing.
