I don't think there should be a line. It's not my governments job to tell me what I should or shouldn't put in my body. That is the end of the story in my opinion.

I agree, to a point; no way in hell do I want crystal meth or heroine legalized, ever :sigh: :sigh:

In reality I am in 100% agreement with you. I do think it's unethical to stop someone from doing meth, but in a world with all the morons about it has to be to protect the unaware i.e. children.

personally I have no problem with the Fed establishing boundaries where necessary, consumer protection against fraudulent business, maintaining a safe food supply, etc. but as history has proven it is a slippery slope

I always cringe when I hear about regulating me so I'm safe.

We are in agreement. It can be used for light and truth, or darkness and corruption.

It's much like the Force, or guns.

I am watching The Transporter. In the beginning of the movie he mentions the "special" Koni shocks he installed. A bit later in the movie when he gets a flat and removes the tire, you see the shock which is actually a Bilstein. Anyone else ever catch that?

Naw I never caught that but my friends used to hate me because I could always catch slip ups in movies and such, sometimes I think Im too observant.

I think I have it on DVD. I will look for it next time. Anyway, German cars should have Bilsteins anyway. ;)

I am in a dilema. I am probably going to buy a TV in the coming two months, but I don't know what one to buy.

I don't know if I want to save money and go with a 50" Panasonic 720p Plasma (50x1), or a 50" 1080p Pana Plasma (50s1), or if I go the 1080p Panasonic route, upgrade it to a 54" (54s1). OR I could go a different route and pick up a 50" Samsung Plasma 1080p set (50b650). The 50X1 is cheap for me. I get the employee discount with any of these sets :). The 54s1 is not even $100 more than 50s1 so I'll rule out the 50s1. The Samsung 50b650 is a little cheaper than the 50s1, but they are both 1080p and I kind of thinking along the lines, bigger is better. The 50x1 is if I decide to go wallet friendly.

Any suggestions?

How far away will you be sitting from the display. As in eyes to screen distance? Will you want to/ do you have the ability to controll the lighting in the room?

The room is a long one, so It will be around 10 feet for the front row, and maybe 20 for the people in back. The living room has a staged area so its kind of like stadium seating. There is no sunlight in from the viewing area, but there is some light that comes in from the downstairs. The living room is open to the kitchen and other living area below and thats full of windows. WE have blinds that can be closed to block a good deal of light coming from behind the tv though.

Thats what I was thinking too. The Samsung is really nice too, but From what I've seen, Panasonic Plasmas are top notch quality. Seen maybe 1 or 2 in for service over the period I'vve worked at Audio Designs. And Panasonic Plasmas are without a doubt our best selling TVs.

It's a hard choice, but when compared to retail prices, it's a no brainer.

This insurance Adjuster is a fucking pile! He said he just passed a town no more than a half hour from here about and hour and a half ago. I skipped a class so I could be here for him to look over my damn car and he still isn't fucking here. I just called and he's about 15 minutes away still. Am I missing something or is this fucking asshole dicking me around.

Well He showed up and made an estimate and it came to be about 200 bucks more than what the shop quoted me. So I'm going to have 2 bills extra after I fix my car :). Worth the wait I guess.

I've seen some Samsungs in for service. The worst I see is LG. WE have had dozens upon Dozens of LG in for service. Along with all brands of DLP TVs. Garbage if you ask me.
