It's made in Tilamook Oregon, amazing stuff. I was in heaven when I took a tour of the factory :D Hands down favorite cheese ever, I normally buy generic everything at the grocery store, but it MUST be Tilamook cheese :)

I enjoyed my tour as well, but more for the beef jerky than the cheese! Their pepperoni sticks > *, I can't eat any other brand jerky than Tillamook!

Mmmm homemade macaroni and cheese :D

Effff, I have some cheese waiting for macaroni but I forgot to buy macaroni yesterday

500-525g of flour and 4 Extra large eggs or 6 eggs. Mix until it is doughy (i just do it on the counter with my hands), knead for 5-6min, rest for 20min, and then flatten as much as possible. A pasta roller helps or an extruder if you want macaroni style noodles, but imo a noodle of any type will work.

Gracias for teh recipe.

I know my grandmother had a cheap pasta roller, she used to make awesome noodles. Using home-"brew" eggs must have helped.

I use eggs from the farm too. Shit I use as much as I can from the farm.

Aww that's a bummer! I shredded some Tilamook cheese :D GOOD stuff!

Cheese in Europe >>> cheese in US. Regrettably. Some good ones are available here, but not in your normal grocery store.

I know. :) They sell it here too. I still much prefer artisan cheeses, but for the monster production cheeses it is more than fine.

BTW, you shouldn't ever eat generic cheese. I sure the hell wouldn't drink the milk it is made from and it won't be better in cheese form.

During winter on most of the small farms here people don't keep livestock in heated or even insulated "facilities" so egg production drops a lot which means little to no fresh eggs until spring :(

Summer rocks, I can't wait to grow veggies in the garden again. Ultra-fresh tomatoes and peppers were awesome.

Depending on where I decide to live in March I can't wait to get my own garden going :D

DES MOINES, Iowa – Snow was piled so high in Iowa that drivers couldn't see across intersections and a North Dakota snowblower repair shop was overwhelmed with business as heavy snow and wind chills as low as 52 below zero blasted much of the Midwest on Thursday.

GLOBAL WARMING GLOBAL WARMING GLOBAL WARMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Careful, you might start an avalanche.

With what? There’s no fucking snow!

And analogous to being a half-man/half-woman, Antarctica used to be populated by thick bushes, until millions of years ago when it slowly drifted to the south-most point of the Earth, where all hell froze over. America used to be populated by thick bushes, too, until they started bikini waxes and Brazilian cuts... Mmm-mmm, I miss big bushes!

Got a new holster for my .45. Not bad when a 140lb 5'10" guy can conceal a full frame .45 with a untucked polo, or looser fitting shirt.

Anyone here ever do concrete work professionally?

Anything in particular?

Do v-dubs have a similar communication network to gm's class II data bus?

No, only GM could fuck something up that much.

So yesterday I was at one of my stores where we have some homeless people who attempt to live there. I've kicked them out time and time again. They've been so bold as to pop tents up in the woods outlining the store, so yesterday you can imagine my fear when I see this from a distance across a field.

Scared the crows away and walked up to investigate and found the rest of the remains.

Someone had killed this dog. Wrapped his head in gauze, then wrapped the body in trash bags and dumped him in the field. Sad sad day. I was elated it wasn't human though.

They are just in a coop at my in laws, but they only have enough chickens for eggs for them so I don't think production is an issue. And by them, I do mean they give each calf an egg twice a day to add to the milk replacer. We grab a few dozen every time we are up.

I didn't get too involved in checking it out. Called animal control and they said they'd send an officer out. Went back this morning and it's still there, so obviously they didn't send anyone. I'm not surprised.
