Ever seen a pair of 24W 34L Levi 501's? I used to own some that were baggy and not really long enough.

Now that is a small waist.

36, 36 now

32, 32 long

I tried to lose weight, but I just ended up losing fat and gaining muscle so I'm still right at 249

For most people that is a good thing.

Our whole company contract is up with T-mobile on our Blackberry Service sometime the middle of this year. I may move us to this Droid you all speak of, but need a demo of its business apps.

The one thing that might deter you, you cannot surf the web and have a phone call at the same time. They might change that by mid year though.

I don't know if I mentioned this but it cracks me up. I talk cars so much with a friend of mine every time he tries to type "go" into his phone using the 10 key it automatically chooses HP.

Cracks me up everytime I think about that.

He needs a full keyboard

I dropped his HTC and is waiting on a TP2 or the new one comming out this next spring. using a BB

Droid > Anything HTC

I laugh at that sir.

Don't get me wrong, they are nice phones with cool features, but they are DAMN slow!

What would deter me is if the email client is bs.

What system does BB use?

BB's own Enterprise Server. It is bulletproof which is why they own the business smart phone market. Seems to me though that it shouldn't be so hard with a smartphone of any type though.

huh??

Weird you say that. I feel the same way about the driod.

Kind of like how they advertise they can do multiple apps at the same time. My winmob been running multi apps since it was called a pocket PC. What device have you used that you felt was slow?

I was comparing the Moto Droid and the Droid Eris, I found the Moto to be much faster.

The only time I've seen my droid somewhat slow was when I had a toooon of applications running at the same time. It runs everything in the background you don't specifically close. Download Task Killer (free) and kill off all the junk in the background, and speed/battery life goes through the roof.

Sounds like OMAP/battery mod for my old wing.

I also had a throttled overclock on that phone. It would go back to 50% of full power processing when not in use and I gave it a harsh 60% over clock to make it run fast when I needed it.

Could adjust attack and decay and anything about the processor. Sweet app.

I gotta question for you ///M5 or anybody else who wants to chime in. Im kinda curious as to what alot of you guys with just front door speakers in your front stage. I want to make a post asking people what equipment (amps, speakers and processing), the axis you have them at and any pictures or feedback your willing to share on your equipment itself or install.

Would this topic be a good idea, I looked through a lot of build logs and kinda just want to make this short and sweet about Front Stages only. Where you think I should put it?

Feedback on this topic would be appreciated?

You are asking because of Duran's comment which didn't make sense in the first place. It isn't about axis but about stage. No set answer or pattern will appear.

My truck is a great example. Everything is really off axis and down low. Because of this the stage height suffers which a few of the guys on here who have heard it can comment on. I could raise it electronically but at the cost of my ideal FR which is a no-no to me. I'd much rather give up height in this case and instead have a nice response.

I think your rear test was highly flawed and gave you the wrong impression, but considering the mishmash you have going on up front and your desire for ear bleeding loud that isn't a surprise.

If you do a study and ask the opposite, ie who has rears and why, you will find that it is a bunch of people who really don't know much about sound nor do they have a good ear for it.

*note: there are uses for rears and integrations that can help SQ, but none of them have EVER been broached on this site. just putting the note out there to show it is 100% of the time, but again this is very specific and requires heavy duty processing and a serious understanding of what you are doing.

The question I have for you is what does it bring to the table in your install. I really don't get it at all. Subjectively I really, really, really, really hate music coming from behind me.

No I don't think the topic is a good idea. If you want you can discuss it here, or make a topic in the RTMS section. Too many buffoons will post if you make it out in the open. If it becomes beneficial we can edit appropriately and move it out to the normal forum.

Sounds good, it surely isn't that I don't want to discuss it. More than game, just want to make sure to not have to correct the noobies all the time. Real easy to move once it's done if it goes the right direction ;)

Ill admit that this is probably my problem and yeah Im tending to lean away from lots of speakers in the car and deafening loud music. I dont really have any people in this area that I know of with nice sounding front stages to be honest. Then again I see some build logs where guys commend the install and they have lots of speakers and win comps such as Big Daves truck and he won comps (which I know is judged by judges with preferences). After a while it gets confusing, on one hand some guys only have 4 speakers in there interior and others have more. So that is why I was kinda wanting to see alot of individuals front stage as well.

I also need to go back and read that topic I made concerning the ID's because I remember you telling me some good points then also.
