after learning how, I can do my every coil over on my 5.4 in ~hour under the right conditions. Since I never have the right conditions though it's always 2 hours.

Have you had any of your plugs come apart?

explain come apart please.

Mine crap out on me often. I let the last mechanic put them in with no grease. He is a fam friend and he did the work for cheep in the winter when I cannot. I should have just taken it in, because now I have the same missfires.

I was on the f150 forum looking for info on how to to mine, lucky the 4.6 has normal plugs so things were not too bad. The 5.4 has a 2 piece plug that some times comes apart and you have to extract the lower half.

Here is a link that I read http://www.f150forum.com/f12/must-read-before-you-try-change-your-plugs-5-4l-3-valve-engine-198/

I think I was lucky as I ran into no issues doing my truck. 1998 with orginal plugs and wires, with only 76,000 miles though. I think come spring I am going to do the exhaust and ball joints.

I know.... I can only think of one saying

We all fear evil men. But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men.

It is easy to criminalize and punish evil men, however it is the indifference of good men that sets the standard for what is acceptable. I hope my generation and the generation under myself see this.

I should go be a middle school teacher and put the entire Ayn Rand collection as required reading.

Cleaning the house, the w is going to shit when she comes home. :)

My little w makes piles all over the place, which then hides the state of the house. I have organized and moved all said piles to the dining room table. She is going to crap at how many there are and will hopefully finally understand why I comment about them all the time. At least 60 of them...

To soften the blow I am doing all the laundry, dusting, vacuuming and general organization. I accidentally found my Christmas present though. Hadn't thought about that, but I knew what it was going to be anyways since we don't really give presents.

I cheated and bought her stuff though :)

Sounds like a good plan Sean. Not really pushy, but still has a clear point.

I have nothing for the W yet.

We said no presents. I'm going to do something anyway. She has much less free cash than myself at the moment.

We haven't ever done presents :) Well at least since getting married.

Her watch broke, so I bought one. She hates our wood spoons so I bought some nice silicon ones. She's been bitching about no microwave to make popcorn so I bought a microwave, a microwave popper, 15lbs of gourmet popcorn. And that is pretty much it. Hope that the rest gets her tomorrow like it is supposed to.

It's pretty nifty for something built. I always look at the B-stock, nothing right now.

HSU used to make some nifty shtuff. I have no clue about their new line but it's another option.

waiting on boxes FTL.

better than paying B & M prices though.

Until they get employees that can actually help I am not so interested in B&M. Plus as far as I can find everything I bought isn't specifically available here. Give me choices and I'll choose.
