Testing my wireless system 2 laptops, 1 desktop and 1 webook. DSL is surprising fast. Now I guess I will have to wrap everything up and no more playing until after Christmas.

I do live in the woods though, which those who have visited can attest to

I have chased 'coons in your yard... :)

I bet the ones over north side Mpls are bigger. I'm pretty sure they carry weapons there. Smart bastards.

One climbed down a tree in my new neighborhood in maplewood and it was half as thick as the Oak it was climbing.

MN city coons is big!

Proud... meh.

Motivated to do more, and happy when I hit my new goals, absolutely.

I'm on fire in the gym again and it feels good. I should not have a 100% behind a desk job. Yesterday for example I was got to drive to our other locations and present benefits to new hires. I LOVE presenting. Probably the best part of my job.

Sounds good. People interaction is always fun.

I managed to trap the 5 baby coons.

Only thing it sucked because I trapped them in my garage overnight. Mom was outside and PISSED.

I got into the squat box last night. My body is still too weak to get a good work out but I managed to get 245 for 3 with only a bit of hip and back stress/pain.

I pushed 1000 on the sled though 2 sets of 8 then a few cool down sets. Time to move the weight up. I will have my gyms machine topped out before winter is over. I hope my core and hip can get strong enough to squat by then and use the sled as an after thought.

I have a different definition of a squat box...

ZIM ZAM!

My roomate Seans father had one as a "pet" he was hurt and in their yard.

That man never made his kids a meal, but he would make omlets for that little racoon. He get fed so much protein and was cared for so well when set free he was no longer the runt and had a good 5-10 lbs on all the other guys.

lol

I'm going to start a journal with my myotape and see how the caliber on the "gun show" goes up and watch the waist go down.

:D

I haven't measured my arms in a LONG time. It's a bit like ego masturbation, but it should prove to be usefull in creating and validation my W/O program.

3 guys have worked out under my philosophy and each one who said "I can't grow", or "my chest can't get worked out" have all made huge changes. It's just a pain getting someone to listen. A case study might help.

Not being a morbidly obese guy telling other how to work out might help too...hrmmmm

My buddy and I were into bodybuilding for many years. To look at us now you would never know it, as we have shrunk back to our normal sizes. I think my guns have been put up for a while. You got me thinking about a come back ;)

No, they hid in the corner. I had to throw stuff at them and scare them in the right direction. Mom was a 100' away skeered as hell to.

<--so was I

That should have been filmed and put on youtube for my enjoyment.

I despise doing inventory.

When I managed a store I loved it. every 3 months it was another 750 in my pocket as I kept my invintory perfect and I didn't have a true assistant manager for most of my time with which to split it with.
