Link for you

http://www.htguide.com/forum/showthread.php4?t=15323

For your needs though (ie smaller footprint) these might work better:

http://www.htguide.com/forum/showthread.php4?t=13969

And they can be made into towers, somewhere in the thread there is a link to them. If not the Modula MTM has the enclosure and the difference between the two is crossover only.

I am building the Seas version. The reason I chose the WMTW is to avoid using an MTM as a center. Plus gotta love the RS225's. :)

That second link be nice indeed for the living room me thinks!

The others look like what could replace my basement system... someday FAR away from now.

yeesh.

I got into the squat box last night. My body is still too weak to get a good work out but I managed to get 245 for 3 with only a bit of hip and back stress/pain.

I pushed 1000 on the sled though 2 sets of 8 then a few cool down sets. Time to move the weight up. I will have my gyms machine topped out before winter is over. I hope my core and hip can get strong enough to squat by then and use the sled as an after thought.

3 set or 3 reps?

3 reps. my lower back and hip suck from sitting at a desk all day and being so insanely fat right now.

Interesting phone call this morning. It appears I have to go to work today and explain my actions.

Interesting really as I am the guy they call when shit hits the fan.

crossover design scares the dung out of me. I have NO idea what is involved in that.

Why don't you use less weight so that you can do squats? Squats are good for core building

I do/did, but saying I did 5 sets of 150 for 6 really doesn't sound so great, and it's really not me moving up in the world of lifting.

doing 100 lbs more on the sled for 2 more reps than I did last week.... and it's 4 digits deep. That's HOP worthy.

it's kind of like dips. I don't use benching to get bigger/stronger I use dips.

But to say you did dips with 10 lbs... well doesn't really say too much.

it doesn't matter if you weight 400 lbs or not.

Benching became standardized for chest work out.

The initial design isn't a big deal, but limiting the components by sharing them amongst paths I wouldn't excel at.

No feeding involved. Just videotaped him watching me for a while. Funny little guy.

And I do live about 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis so it isn't like I am in the country.

On the farm we had many pet deer. They would just drop by and lay around the house just like that. My gram use to tell us they were there to watch over her while pap was out in the field working.

Me. I care big time, I would like to get back to lifting where I was. I'm only 200 lbs on the sled from where I used to be.

I don't use scales to measure my own weight as it's pontles for the most part. I do measure the weight I can move and how fast I'm running miles. It's pretty sad but even though I'm huge right now I can outpace the better half of my friends in a foot race of anything over a block or 2.

I think no matter where you start at or how many times you start over you need to be proud of your progress.

Proud... meh.

Motivated to do more, and happy when I hit my new goals, absolutely.

I'm on fire in the gym again and it feels good. I should not have a 100% behind a desk job. Yesterday for example I was got to drive to our other locations and present benefits to new hires. I LOVE presenting. Probably the best part of my job.
