Are there any health issues with eating a lot of tuna? I know for kids or pregnant women the mercury can be dangerous.. But does that include adults? I usually eat 4-5 Tun packet a day (the StarKist in the pouch) since it's low calorie and high protein.

Yes, but eating that much of anything is bad.

What goes in those and the non-sustainability of it make it even more disgusting.

I am partial to the Prestige APS units. I have installed 4 on my own vehicles, but these were all simple, older vehicles, pre OBDII even. You will have to find a way around the factory anti-theft and that could void the warranty.
