you know, i just had to bring this back up. it's not about making people go. it's about respectfully asking them to leave because i know you guys are more mature and respectful that just making them go away. asking somebody to go away from something they really enjoy and knowing that if they don't leave they know they will be taken away from that joy is like telling somebody to slit their own wrist.

that "if we wanted someone gone, they'd be gone" sounds so arrogant really. i use to be a boss and thats the type of shit i would say to somebody i really didn't like. thats the kind of stuff that eats at people because they think that now you really don't like them, but you allow them to stick around. thats like the new puppy you got that pisses on your floor that your daughter loves so much and you just want to get rid of.
