I do have a really wild idea. Now that I have my new laptop I want to use the one that is sitting on the desk in the picture and extend the video cords in such a way that I can "mount" the LCD to the back of my desk and elevate it. Then I would place my keyboard and computer on the pull out section of the desk. This would allow me to use it like a slick desktop and give me a lot of desktop space. I could also put my new laptop on the desk and still see the other screen behind it.

If I could just find an "easy" cord to extend it I would do it in a heart beat. The laptop lid won't close anyways and I've taken it apart many times.

VGA/DVI cord out of laptop to monitor, USB Keyboard/mouse and you are golden.

I agree with the premise Sean but for athletic reasons sometimes more protein is needed. For mass or not.

Even aerobic exercise benefits from more protein.

I see no reason to not use whey however. Especially since it is part of the cheese making process and a natural food source.

YMMV.

I am always open to new ideas and methods. Technically, I am not trying to bulk, I'm actually dropping weight (not necessarily planned). As for me, it is the sheer amount of protein volume needed to just maintain. To gain and bulk, it would have to go up even more.

Beleive me I know how "expencive" in protein it is to just maintain. At your low BFP it is worse.

That is what I want to do but I don't have a monitor and don't want to pay for one right now.

Though, if I can sell my Samsung 19" flatscreen TV I'll try it out. The TV won't work for a monitor because it's resolution support is crap.

I worked out at the house today. Pushups, pullups, planks, some squats, standing curls, and coffee table tricep dips

Ok..... I am lost as hell, WTF is a plank?

Its when you repeatedly hit a tree with a plank of wood.

More politically correct that hitting stupid people.

Applied to Panera Bread and they called me before I had a chance to even call them the next day. Will be nice to have a job, haven't had any luck all year.

I keep my feet together like you would in a pushup.

What is the point of that? Unless you hold it for some absurd amount of time, it is kind of a sillly exercise.

Marinating my Galbi (korean short ribs) overnight for the grill tomorrow.. Should be delicious... Really simple marinated, Green onions, Soy sauce, brown sugar, and toasted sesame oil. first time having korean food in years.. so this should be a treat.
