I priced some lenses today, nearly fell on my back. $250 for a pair of lenses like I have now.

Looks like simplest clear lenses + fitover sunglasses it is.

Or keep old lenses, buy fitovers and get surgery done next year.

The lady there insisted on buying some clear lenses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. Almost all my income in a month for eye-wear ? No way in hell...

so i've decided to take up every square inch of the Hummers cargo area and thought about doing six 12's, but then decided to go with four 15's for the cone area. 16 cubes, 16.5 square inches of port per cube@31hz. i think it should sound great hooked to the DDZ-1ohm@15V. Lets let the saw dust fly!

The old Z1 at 15 volts ? Just make sure you don't go over 15v. Otherwise chances are it will release smoke

Every time I see a DD Z1 I see the hole in the board of my Z1. And I think it's 3 years since I cleaned it, the burned amp smell is still there

was told it should take it like a champ. it's not the Z1a, or the second release, it's the original.

Yeah...I bet it takes it like a champ. Mine took 4 ohm loads like a champ, it shot flames out both ends.

if i don't have any luck with this amp i'll either be going with a BC5500 or a DD M4a. i'm using this amp because i got it for $200 and it's VERY slightly used. this amp is like brand new.
