Do your thing man. You obviously don't want advice. Fyi three d1 subs wire to .67. You seem like you need to do a lot of research before you start a build of this magnitude.

Shocks don't hold weight, they simply control the suspension. You need a higher rate spring and a different shock.

I can't find shit, I've been looking for a spring with a higher rate but can't find any.

What Should/Would I do?

Hit up Shizzzon he went through a few setups before he figured out what would work.

You still have not answered my original question from pages back and the first question on my post. What is your goal from this method and why do you believe it will work better with a fasting program than a more traditional format?

So again, what is your goal and why do feel your approach is more viable than the more accepted rout?

I know this wasn't directed at me but I'll add my 2 cents. I have experimented with intermittent fasting with good results. My goal, like many others my size, is to lose fat and be of what I would call healthy strength.

The initial reasoning for fasting is that I assume I am getting all the extra benefits that Stefan has mentioned, but in a addition for me it make diet adherence easier.

If I wake up in the morning and know I'm not going to eat I go on with my day. I drink plenty of water because it is the only thing I can have. When I get to lunch I'm know I'm ready to eat, but it is actually much easier for me to pass by all the fast food joints and hit up the super market to think of something fresh, delicious and with plenty of protein (if I haven't planned already). Because I didn't waste a single minute with breakfast in the morning or snacks I have more time I can devote to lunch.

I get to eat to my hearts content on healthy food and feel great (Did I mention that sometimes I have a brunch at this time? BEST meal ever). Afterward I spend the rest of my day not really worrying and I "graze" on a few healthy snacks. At dinner I eat with my girlfriend and repeat the process.

When I was attempting an all day eating schedule I felt more need to plan out all the meals. I also felt like all I would do is snack all the time and never feel full no matter how delicious and healthy the "meal" was. Also, when I'm used to eating every three hours I get ravenous hunger pains. On my fasting diet I feel content after my one big meal. I don't get that on an all day schedule. Also, I am not eating extreme amounts of calories. Eating only 8 hours a day makes it easier to stay under my calorie limit, especially if I focus on healthy foods.

For me I focus less on the food with the intermittent approach. That alone helps me tremendously.

I will address this and maybe put my point to rest. I'm on my cell phone yelling at jiffy lube for having over torqued my oil pan nut. I almost stripped it.

Got pre-approved for a home loan for our next house. We just refinanced our current house, bringing the mortgage down a few hundred bucks and knocking 7 years off. Were Going to keep the old one as a rental/positive cash flow property.

A step in the right direction.

Great news Steve!

Well I am now 2/3 the way to medically being out. Should be done by December.

J

Figure out what your doing after?

Right now I have been writing concert reviews and taking photographs lately. I think I would love to pursue something with either of those.

J

Sounds fun! Taking pictures can be very addictiong! Good luck and don't forget to let me know when you are close to the area.

Depending on where you live the house should only appreciate in value at this point.

I don't agree, it'll probably drop for a year or two and then SLOWLY go up. Cash flow is king atm.

Even if they are adjustable? The Shockwaves are adjustable by pnumatics.

I'm familiar with the shockwaves. IT's the same concept with the air bag in the spring. You are changing the spring rate. This works wells with limited weight, but if it's no longer working for you, you need to change the suspension. The problem with your car is, most of the weight is in the center so you're bascially spreading the weight around to every corner and putting stress at the middle of the vehicle instead of where the car was designed to have the weight.

HE's going to have to go with custom springs or making something work. There are thousands of high rate springs for the Mustangs, but all are in the interest of racing or looiks and will lower the car and limit travel.

Obviously both of us agree that whole foods are important. On a side branch, I also practice fasting which is entirely different then diet, and you guys find that to be negative. That's fine with me.

If you fast to cleanse and start fresh it's understandable, if not it's definitely damaging.

How is it damaging? Of course fasting is relative to how long you fast for, but lets say 16 hours is "fasting." How is it damaging? Don't tell me some tangent either. smile.png

Makes me feel like absolute shit, saps energy, kills my concentration, and generally is a body fuck. Lasts for days as well.

If I miss breakfast I want to snap somebody's head off. Totally kills my entire day.

Lord it's huge....but almost none of the packages have anything in English. Expect to be overwhelmed, but just have fun with it. Perhaps perusing is better than shopping atm.

You also won't see it from Coastal, it's down the back alley off the side road kiddie corner from Coastal. Turn right and an immediate left out of Coastal go a half block into the industrial park and you'll see it. As for the right, I don't mean onto Minnehaha.

Oh, they should also have instant Dashi which is WAY better than any instant beef/chicken stock. It dries pretty well and isn't all salt. Definitely an okay substitute but you do lose a little subtlety and mouth feel.

I just slapped oval track racing springs in the galaxy on adjustable perches. Had to grab the perches from a Wissota modified store, but they were cheap and easy. Got the ride height nailed and had them welded up. Rode stiff, lol
