Booze speeds me up by way of slowing me down... It never works for putting the brain away for me.

I recommend benedryl. 2 of those will whollop most. Really great drug for sleeping issues IMHO. Sides are worse than most allergies though. Anaphalaxis(sp) aside.

My old store manager who trained me was a PA and it was always the go too first line sleeping aid due to its non habit forming nature.
