To each their own, I like my ribeye just ther way I cut it.

You are the first person ever on this planet to feel that way I'm pretty sure. Every chef is groaning and crying thinking about it. Obviously you should do what you like, but I am hinting that perhaps a college try is in order.

I make my own blends of seasoning in batches and bottle them. smile.png

Perfect. Leave out the salt. Salt independently. :)

I was looking at this to, they cost $269.00.

Sean uses the stoker. I'm not sure why, but I remember also liking that option more when I looked into both.

It's been a while. I have so many other things I need to spend money on, and even more that I want to right now.

I think want will > the need.

If I don't get a vacation from the world I'm going to loose it. I have a life support for 4 grown adults in my hands. I'm on unemployment, and uneducated.

Roomie has a masters in some super awesome info security from the U of MN and a BA in game development. I would be close to the 6 figure range right now with that. If I fully networked....... it, man oh man.

Internet control on the stoker. I can be on the lake and turn up the temp smile.png

Also allows longer cable runs. My controller is in the basement in my 19" rack with everything else, 1/4" stereo jack drilled through the wall.

And the free stoker log software rocks. Let's you see stability over time and fix your fine tuning of venting while using slow & low methods.

I like yours better I think. What was the cost of yours?

I have that DigiQ with the 10cfm fan, works great. Now that I know more about it, I wish I would have spent the extra money and gotten the one Sean has. Its really nice to set and forget, but there are plenty of times I'd like to know where its at from my phone and be able to change it.

The more I use the egg, the more I would like having that feature too.

I can't say that I listened to the link, have other music playing already. Know it well enough though.

Broadway in Fargo was our cruising street at the time. Used to bump the shit out of it :D

I like the long term tracking as much as the remote monitoring. A subset for me is that my home automation system can then control it as well :)

J, just busting your balls although I am surely shocked that a flavor enhancer isn't desirable.

I liked to sneak my mom's home speakers out and put them in my car for the super lows. She had the old Fisher towers with a 15 ported, that was pretty wild. In a Dodge omni, what a pos that car was!

I won't comment on the bullet tweeters I had running with them.

We had the old horn tweets. Phase III I think.

Mine were some electronic warehouse special

I loved the old Speaker Warehouse specials back in those days. That is when things got spendy.

No power. I check the main and have less than 120 across both. It should be 240!

It's funny how I've had the subwoofer level down all the way for the longest time, then turned it up some for Primus, Tool, Les Claypool.

Oh Yeah!

Another goofy thing with the ms8, the subwoofer level attenuates on the whole overall signal, not just the subwoofer channel. So with the subwoofer level raised, more midbass.
