With drivers and boat color.

Err, not really drivers but they are actual size and to scale

I think it looks pretty neat. I hope to see real pictures too.

I can sand some, but sanding the inside of a box isn't so much fun nor do I want to do it much.

I have no pictures, but imagine a plastic rectangular tub made from 1/4" plastic and you've got it. Tucked underneath some fiberglass supports so you can't see the edges and since the supports and opening is smaller than the tub it can't come out.

Just store a yeti cooler in it.

Whoever came up with the idea of a super premium cooler is a freaking genius. Especially considering that with a little elbow grease you can make your own version for half to two thirds less than what Yetis sell for.

I'm sure I don't have to tell you to ditch the MDF and use plywood, or some nice cedar boards. YOu not only have water to deal with and we all know no matter how well you seal things, water seems to find it's way in. With the huge temperature swings you have, you'll be dealing with condensation and thermal shock as well.

I never said I was using MDF, others assumed that. Already have baltic b ply :)

Other than one little joint this is KISS. IF I can get away without any glass it's an afternoon project, besides the paint....but considering the location it is getting painted.

Let's see, Mark VIII two hours away for $1500 with a nice trunk, good ride and decent mileage or another red Mustang 30 minutes away with a damn automatic and some nasty wheels for $1800?

And that would be better since I just spent $600 on woofers.

but they are round and self leveling on round isn't so great

We'll see what I end up with though, I have some time. Need some billet pipe clamps to hang them with too.
