The house has "Niles" control panels but I don't have the reciever they control. At this point I think they are probly "outdated" but atleast the wiring is present. I have been trolling for a Sonamp 1250MK-II for power detail. The masterbed and bath have 8" ceiling mounted drivers already, but I will most likely update those as well. The Duraband setup was free and lets me jam Pandora in the living area so it will work for the moument.
