I clicked, but am not reading. Will just be an abridged version of what I've already said. If anyone truly see's ANY value in a DD-1 post it and I'll show you why you are confused.

I have quite the value for this item. While I will admit its over priced, but its uses are undeniable.

- Doorstop

- Paperweight

- Chock Block

- Primitive hammer

- Keystone in the 'failed tools of car audio' collection.

my friend got one free from SMD since he's big on youtube.. Im going to mess around with it when I get the recone done.

He paid too much and you are about to waste time

Got to check out a pretty cool build today. Justin Wilson is on this board, but doesn't post much. I think his user name is something like... RFwilson01? Or something to that effect. He has a new body (newest) style Pontaic Grand Prix walled with 4 SA15's. Lots of time and finesse.

Great guy

Great build

Great night!

Looks like he's going to pony up a few more Benjamins and getting a built in Mirage 605 and rotisserie kit; three stainless 16k BTU/hr burners, a 16k BTU/hr infrared burner, and a 15.5k BTU/hr infrared rotisserie burner. All for about the same price as a BGE XL + Nest + BBQ Guru...makes perfect sense...

Cast burners are found in real grills, stainless ones fail yearly. Include replacement cost in the overall assessment of a "good buy"

Exactly. Not my money though, thank god. Personally I won't even touch gas grills because it isn't easy to find them with cast burners and there's typically massive sticker shock when you do, at least in my (admittedly limited) experience. BGE XL + Rock's Bar-B-Que Controller for me, TYVM

That will probably be more useful...

My friend was actually convinced that it was a useful tool.. Then I showed him all of the facts and he texted me a few days later and was like "Holy shit, you were right this thing is fucking useless". I wish I still had the text..

reminded me of this

"It was an utter dog shit winter and dog shit would have been better because it's warmer. The dry cleaning bills are higher but I don't care."

I'm a charcoal kinda guy.. can be a tad bit inconvenient but I've always preferred the taste of charcoal over gas.

But you could sign me up for an infrared burner and rotisserie.. mmm.. I would be making Gyros ALLL DAY

God I hate drivers around here. We got 10cm (4") of snow last night and the entire town shut down ... Had friends over, we went to order pizza and the pizza place said they weren't delivering because of the snow. I'm 4 blocks (yes, 4 fucking blocks) away down the main road, which is clear, and they refused to deliver. Called some other pizza places and they all said the same thing. So I had to "risk my life" (sarcasm, FYI) to drive a whole 4 blocks on perfectly clear roads to pick up pizza instead of spending that 20 minutes hanging out with my friends. On top of that, my Facebook page was filled with posts of people saying they weren't going to work because it snowed, complaining about having to "dig" themselves out, etc. They closed down the mountain pass to the capital city because a bunch of fucking morons don't know how to drive a fucking mountain road in the fucking winter (put on chains, drive slower than usual).

What a bunch of fucking pussies ...

I mean, honestly, this is fucking Canada people. If you lived anywhere else in Canada, you'd be surrounded by fucking snow 8 months of the fucking year and you fucking idiots can't deal with 4 fucking inches of fucking snow ?!?!?! FUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sean, send some of the sun and surf sound my way!

You really want me to record that? If so, where do I post big videos?

A video will just not do, I need you to use your awesomeness and send it my way. :) You don't have super powers? ;)

On a serious note, did you take the little men?

No, Tanner popped a tooth last night as well. Miss the little guys.

Look out he will be biting his big brother when he gets mad now. I always liked when kids start getting teeth and use them and the parents can't understand why they are biting.

That honestly astonishes me. How can you not be able to drive in 4" of snow in Canada of all places? I mean down here in Arizona EVERYTHING shuts down for a dusting, but that is a serious mind fuck.

Not saying this is you, but most people who say that like the taste of the shit additive crap in briquettes which is DISGUSTING IMO. Natural lump on the other hand, YUMMY.

And there are things where you will NOT taste the fuel in lump and obviously not on gas.

I think Utah has the highest amount of porn watchers then any other state, according to some statistic I saw the other day. Most popular day for watching was of course, Sunday.

At my house, I used to practice my chip shots with the ex-wife's dog's poop, once it dried up. Thump thump right into the woods. ;)
