That biker wouldn't last a period in the NHL. Just can't take a check.

Tuned in for the rest of the sink. :)

Same here. I am interested in seeing how this ends up.

I'd be very wary of having bare steel in concrete in constant contact with water. Last thing you want is in a few years to have rust start showing up on your sink top.

I would also radius the sink corners as much as possible since sharp edges and concrete don't exactly go together. Other than that looks good.

Would you just paint it?

* I will be sealing the concrete to hopefully keep the water from penetrating.

Just test drove a Porsche Panamera Turbo and an X5 ///M.

Too bad the Panamera is so fucking ugly. It'd be a sweet car if not for that.

I am too old to care. For me the car needs to stir my inside and be nice on the inside, if its ugly on the outside I don't give a fuck. Obviously considering I am driving a soccer mom truck, lol.

From the front it's not bad. It's the ass that kills it. Just get a 911 Turbo, to hell with practicality.

Can't drive one of those daily with 2 children.

It has back seats :P

Sean,

sounds like a fun project, you can use a wheel barrow as i did for my countertops, making sure to use buckets to measure all ingredients, including water for consistent mix.

measuring everything will insure all batches are the same, it's easier to mix two medium batches versus one large one. for my tops i used quikrete 2000 (bag mix)

with cheng design pigment, cheng pigment is formulated to work with the bag mix, Lowes sells the 2000 mix. i used rebar for outer and remesh for inner reinforcement.

mold material was compressed fiber wood with one plastic face, joints are sealed and contoured with black silicone. rebar and remesh is wire tied in mold, suspended

to stay in center of concrete thickness. shaking table will full mold will help concrete settle, tapping mold face with 2x4 will force air out , giving you a smooth face.

you tube, concrete network, and cheng design have online demo's.

That's what my uncle had to say. :)

Had an idea on that actually. I have a rather heavy duty grinder. Could put an off center mass on the shaft and rest it up against the sink after pouring. It would surely vibrate it.

If I already had the steam engine I could just put the mold on it and run her in place.

Shake shake shake, get's the air bubbles out and levels the surface. That heavy duty grinder would probably work well.

Launch control on the Turbo put a smile on my fast that lasted more than an hour

LOVE LOVE LOVE that car.

Have you seen the episode of Top Gear where they test it along with the Rapide and Quattroporte? I love the Quattroporte :)

From knowing someone very well that owned the two door version of the Mazer, the Panamera is the car to pick. The Mazer will be in the garage more then on the road.

LOVE LOVE LOVE that car.

Except it's about as pretty as Jeremy Clarkson's bare ass.

I was not sure about it at first, but it grew on me and I really like it.

It looks like what I would expect from a 4 door Porsche. If it I was in the market for a 4 door car and that was in my price range the looks would not deter me form it.

Even the cheapies can do 20 strokes a second, can't they?

That isn't the problem, just almost no energy transfer.

Its not just the strokes, it is what you do with the strokes. :)

The black is very nice, but it is apparent Porsche cannot style a car, as all of their vehicles look like the 911, which has never changed lol

D'oh, conservative design. Why change something that has worked for ages and is a trademark ?

Why does Jeep for instance still use a grill similar to the ones from WWII ?
