Speaking of lightweight, high horsepower, check out this dune buggy pulling wheelies in 5th Gear

Do want.

Once again proof turbos are awesome :D

Amen brother. I never doubted the glory of turbo boost.

Just test drove a Porsche Panamera Turbo and an X5 ///M.

Too bad the Panamera is so fucking ugly. It'd be a sweet car if not for that.

I am too old to care. For me the car needs to stir my inside and be nice on the inside, if its ugly on the outside I don't give a fuck. Obviously considering I am driving a soccer mom truck, lol.

From the front it's not bad. It's the ass that kills it. Just get a 911 Turbo, to hell with practicality.

Concrete sink/countertop build

Empty mold

With plexi added for the drain

Showing with drain tube, it will float above the plexi so there will be a concrete funnel bringing all the water into the drain and not near its edges to prevent leaks (or so I hope  )

Drain Close-up

A little metal support added (support boards will be screwed in before cement is poured)

Drain with support (removable so I can pull the support out)

More shots of reinforcement

Question being is there enough metal in there? In particular the rear spot by the drain. I can easily even “screw” in supports through the mold on that side being the won’t be visible and can be whacked off with the angle grinder later.

And yep, was perfect but I dropped it munging the edge.

Just an FYI, you will see the holes from the screw heads in the concrete. Cover them with candle wax. I'd also caulk the edges of the mold as well.

I haven't siliconed the corners, edges yet. Like the candle wax idea though :) The screws are countersunk so I can cover them with what was originally going to be silicone, but it'll be way easier to trim the wax up nice :fing34:
