Well I want 4g, and the 4g slide top of the pops has less power dual 1.0 vs dual 1.something-less-than-4. It's also almost an inch smaller in screen real estate. When typing it will have more screen space obviously, but when browsing the 30% increase in size will be valuable.

Plus when looking ar pr0n all everything will be bigger. And that's what matters.

Crap I forgot to mention the number one factor, the 4g slide is out of stock nationally and may be a while. Not that I'm in a rush, but you know how impulse purchases can feel good.

:D

yes 10 hours of research, and letting the wife pre trial it for me is an impulse purchase to me.

With all that research you probably already know anything I can tell you :P

I've honestly never gotten a new phone and been disappointed. The excitement of having something new to play with I guess :D

We all know that B.O.A.T. stands for "bust out another thousand". :D

Actully I have been trolling for a boat too, although it won't be anything fancy. Probably a 88-98 Bayliner with a closed bow. Something I can go do some water sports with.

Something like this would do. http://westslope.cra...2510960875.html

Do NOT buy a Bayliner. A real boat that is older that is the same price would be MUCH better. Pretty much the Yugo of boats.

X2 I would never recommend buying a bay liner. You mentioned wanting a cuddy. A Cuddy Nautique might be worth looking into. For the money I've always liked Nautiques. They ride extremely well and hold their resale

LOL!!!

the sensation is 99 bucks at target. I'm going to pitch a fit at the tmobil corp store to price match, or I'll return it and scream about the restocking fee while customers are in the store. I specifically asked the schlep about price matching.

Especially since we got a screen protector that we can't recoup the money on. Super pissed.

At least at 99 bucks I don't give a shit about the phone skillz as it's cheep enough that if I hate it, I can tolerate buying a new one later.

Winning!

for anyone on tmob and looking.

It's not quite the new Galaxy IIs in raw muscle mainly onboard storage/memory and ram, but HTC is WAY better supported.

Dual 1.2 awesomeness.

In my experience Tmo has pretty good CS. Go in there and be nice and then if they don't price match go ape shit lol.

guy downstairs is spraying off his corvette with the car cover still on it. I don't use covers but just watching it made my clear coat cringe. (i would have at least put the cover on another car to spray it off, he has a lexus)

What corvette was this? Depending on the model I may have cringed too :P

Your firmware is the same idea as the Operating System on your computer (sorta). Every so often an update for android comes along and it'll usually contain bug fixes and some upgrades. Sometimes when you get behind it will cause your phone to trip up. Other times you just need to reload it to make your phone run smoother etc. Android Central will have the answers to most questions you might have. They've got some nice how to guides on different commonly asked questions and some good tips. First check to see what version of Android you have. Here is how to do that. If you're up to date check around on that forum for how to reload the OS or just search on there to see if someone has had similar problems. Either way I'd start by making sure you're up to date.

Because the buying price of a good M is >> than one you make yourself. The one you make will be faster too.

Only downfall with my logic is when it comes time to sell as the M will hold its value and your bulid will all be dependent on what you do.

That's understandable..... goes a bit against your normal purchase - sale price method but I definately get it. I didn't know the normal 3's from that timeframe could get as quick. They definately don't look as good though.

:)

You can add the "look" and the motor usually for way less than the M itself and have a more reliable faster car. As an example, my E34 was $15k and the motor if it went out was also about $15k for a rebuild. Needless to say that doesn't make you want to wallop on it. A normal E34 can be had with a bad motor for $3k, if you then stuck $12k into mods and parts it would destroy the M5. Only problem can exist when it goes to sell as the M will sell for what you paid for, but the standard with mods probably won't. To the right buyer it could, but the flip side is that you can beat the shit out of it as every part on it is UBER cheap.

Charles Mingus often reminds me of an extremely slowed down version of breakbeat techno music at times. Sometimes I feel like there are 3-5 melodys and they all change beat all over the place. I like it but then it hurts my head.

You are starting to appreciate him then :)

Next you'll hear the harmonies along side the melodies

I always do. I usually read reviews to be sure the build is ok and there are no annoying quirks though. There's bug fixes and sometimes HUGE upgrades to the device. OS 6 for BB added a webkit browser which was 1000000x faster than the old slow POS one. In cases like that an upgrade is a no brainer for me :)

I took a jazz appreciation class last semester. We did a decent amount of listening and I liked some of it, but I've never been able to really get into jazz. I did however find some of the history really interesting. Especially the origin of the word Jazz

If it fixes something then I'd agree and yes there are things to fix on my droid, but its mostly just some rebooting which occurs every few days and keeps me from having to do it :P
