guy downstairs is spraying off his corvette with the car cover still on it. I don't use covers but just watching it made my clear coat cringe. (i would have at least put the cover on another car to spray it off, he has a lexus)

Too many miles for that much $ but it's real purdy.

That seems to be the trend on my local craigslist. People have no clue what cars are worth

Problem with the E30, E28, E34 is you are better off with a scrap one and swapping in a different powerplant than buying the M.

I never knew, why is that?

To me the e46 is arguably the best looking bimer ever, and also one of the best looking cars ever made. It's up there in good looks with 996, astin and all the other beauties.

Because the buying price of a good M is >> than one you make yourself. The one you make will be faster too.

Only downfall with my logic is when it comes time to sell as the M will hold its value and your bulid will all be dependent on what you do.

I think it's time for me to retire my touch pro 2. I need less buisnessy functions and more personal media/organization functions from a phone now. I would also like to get something thinner. The bulk is bringing me down.

I just got my wife the sensation. It looks pretty, but she won't really give it up for an hour or so to mess with the browsing functions? I'm sure it's blazingly fast,I love the large screen, and the size is nearly perfect with a case. I'm extremely scared to give up a physical keyboard though. Anyone else make a similar change?

That's understandable..... goes a bit against your normal purchase - sale price method but I definately get it. I didn't know the normal 3's from that timeframe could get as quick. They definately don't look as good though.

One other nice part of having an android based phone is the ability to have it be a remote controll for all the receivers etc in the house.

:)

That would be coolio.

Charles Mingus often reminds me of an extremely slowed down version of breakbeat techno music at times. Sometimes I feel like there are 3-5 melodys and they all change beat all over the place. I like it but then it hurts my head.

I was going to ask the same thing. Interesting way to look at it Sean I never thought of that. I like the 996 as well, but for Porsches the 959 is my personal favorite. I don't know why, but I just like that crazy 80s styling.

I've mad a lot of changes like that. I keep coming back to this god damn BlackBerry. I just love the keypad on them, they're outdated, but I just have trouble staying away for too long. I have never been a fan of slide out keyboards though. You can get used to the touchscreen if it's a good one though I wouldn't be too scared of it if I were you. What carrier are you on? Depending on who you're with I can try to make some suggestions for phones to think about. I know RIM is launching their new line of BB's, but I wouldn't hold my breath for them to be competitive with an android phone unless they follow suit with the Playbook and run Android apps.

I'm on tmobil. I won't use BB as I don't like their proprietary software. Especially the calendar. I need a bigger screen and the interface on the desktop isn't something I can do from work. If I'm on android with the cloud funtioning they are letting people use I could have a slick interface between phone and real life from any computer in the world. Since I'm not doing buisness I don't care so much about someone intercepting the data either. Just social stuff and doctor apointments.

I use code language only I know for all my apointments anyway. :)

Makes me feel all James Bond.

Do you guys have to reset your phone every day? I have to do it at least once every day. It just freezes, or plain won't work. So far, I am NOT impressed with this phone and it got tons of great reviews.

You should reset your phone for a million different reasons. You should also wipe your computer 100% once a year.

Should you have to do those things for it to work. Absolutely not.

Have you given any thought to the MyTouch Slide? I have heard great things about it from a friend who has one, but haven't used it myself. I have used the Galaxy S and liked it a lot, but I'd consider that more of a media phone than something for someone looking for what you're after. In the past Tmo has been cool about using AT$T phones on their network for me so if that was an option I'd get an Inspire. Happy phone shopping :)

No, and I have a Berry they're notorious for needing to be reset. I have to reset mine about once a week and that is considered a decent amount. What do you have? I would start by reinstalling your firmware or os etc, that will usually clear up most bugs (assuming you're running the latest one)
