I was eating 6 chicken breasts a day(the invividually frozen kind), and when weighing them I would STILL need to suplement some shakes to get to where I wanted to be.

45-50 grams of protein times 6 times a day is only 300. I was shooting for 330-360.

WTFery

Not just Texas; Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, the Carolinas, and Southern California, along with any of the Central American countries.

With the right greenhouse though you can grow veggies year round pretty much anywhere ;)

Well I just finished my test drive with the bilsteins on the 4runner. I must say they make it handle better than ever! The stability in the turns is outstanding and going over rough road you hardly notice anything. Also they look awesome on there!

Thanks to all who sent me that way.

Glad you like'm, I know in my jeep they made a huge difference. Driving on compacted / chopped dirt roads wasn't near as bad.

When residents of Wilmington – a neighborhood of Los Angeles, California – got word that a local Valero fueling station was selling gas for the bargain price of $1.10 per gallon, almost immediately, vehicles lined up 'round the corner. This wasn't one of those promo deals on fuel, though. It was a computer glitch that lead to the station dispensing some 8,000 gallons of gas at just $1.10 each.

According to KCAL 9, it took hours for the on-duty gas station attendant to notice the glitch (didn't the line-up of cars give it away?). In the meantime, police arrived on the scene to direct traffic around the overcrowded station.

When station owner Kenny Nguyen got wind of his unintended act of kindness, he immediately shut down all of the pumps. All told, Nguyen estimates that he lost nearly $21,000 due to the glitch. Ouch.

putting something together for my bro for under a grand.. (change of plans m5, sold him on used gear)

alpine 9855 - ebay 200 - 225

kicker zx250.2 - ebay 115

kicker zx100.2 - ebay 80

sundown sa-8 x2 - refurb (forum) - 85 each (probably another 20 shipping) - total ~200

speakers - im thinking sls 6.5 and Fountek FR88EX 3" fullrange - 150

total - 770, leaving 230 for deadening, wiring (already have some power wire for big 3)

sub amp already bought - approximately 1k @ 2ohm, 1.5k @ 1ohm... probably run 2 sa-8's at 2ohm to leave room to add another later if he likes.

fucking sentra 80amp alt and probably a tiny battery upfront so running more then 1k probably wont go well. reason for the 8's is that he doesn't want a big box in the trunk like he had with his L7 15".

probably could do better on the front stage amps. not sure about speaker selection either... i've done sls 8 and peerless 3 and that sounded pretty decent. gotta take some measurements of the door but im definitely not getting some sls 8's in there lol. maybe dayton mids, they are a bit shallower iirc.

This is a good list for the price. Great product research. Build log coming?

Sean, do you use red sauce on your pizza or the more traditional way with just tomatoes?

Depends on how you define red sauce. Mine would consist of Italian canned tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil and salt. Sometimes mixed on the crust, sometimes mixed ahead.

You asked Sean but I'll put in my .02.

If I make a traditional crust I hand crush anything that is just a bit "over ripe". Roma, grape/cherry are what I use. If it's winter ..... well...

Unless it is garden fresh, canned is better at ANY time of the year. Exception being of course the hydroponic ones from the coop. They ruin my tomato budget though as I eat at least $10 worth a week.

And are harvested in such a way that when transported they are shit. I added transported because it is possible (although not likely) that they are actually allowed to ripen for local sales. Again, taking out the little stand or farmer, but in general the US completely fucks up tomatoes which is a shame considering they are really one of the tastiest fruits IMO.

It amazes me how much it takes to keep my protein intake up when trying to eat right.

I'm looking to maintain a 20% fat 40% carb 40% protein intake and although i ate healthy all day I needed 2 scoops of whey at lunch just to get myself back up to that level

I wouldn't call that eating right. If it is processed the balance is wrong. More vegetables and real protein now would be right.
