Goals are great. Just make sure the steps are attainable along the way so that you continue down the path.

And yest that is the exclusive difference between a successful sales person and one that survives :fing34:

Exactly. I have some baby step goals along the way. I'm much less worried about weight than I am health. So I've got some lifting goals like get back to benching 300+ for reps. Getting back under the squat bar, rather than leg pressing. Heck in truth, if I keep up on the leg press I will have maxed out the largest sleds weight in a few months. I already put up 1200 for 8 reps the one particularly perky day.

If I focus on weight lifted goals, how I look in the morror goals, and tape measurements the fat will drop and I won't be concerned about the up and downs on the scale if I'm bloated, or haven't taken a dump that day. :D

It's like Cramer was talking about last night. It's an investment for the long haul, not a trade. Know the difference.

Easiest way for me to lose 8lbs is to take a big piss.

That is abnormally big, but half that isn't.

Considering I've already drank a gallon of water, a glass of cranberry juice, and a mug of coffee and haven't yet pissed (excluding the first thing in the AM one). I'd expect the one upcoming in an hour to be about just that.

I'm only 3 liters deep in my water. A protein shake too. I pissed 2 times. I have a bladder the size of a hazelnut.

It does come out with epic force. I've been known to flush the crapper with the volume and force of my mighty hose.

Sean, roughly how much would it cost to make a sparkling water machine?

Some steaming hot borscht poured on top.

Then a truck load of horseradish.

I'm drooling. OMG :faint:

Sean, roughly how much would it cost to make a sparkling water machine?

Deposit on C02 tank $100

Pressure reducer/gauge $45

Air hose coupler $3

100psi hose $10

Empty 2liter pop bottle $1

$160 ?

$17 a refill, but that usually makes around 4000-6000 Liters of water. Ie, all in the initial cost re-occurring is cheap. :)

I like my water wet. :P

My drinking water goes through an RO system, reason for asking if it would flavor the water. Certain containers make my water taste funny.

Mine is RO as well ;) No one would like the way my well tastes. Remind me when I make that thread to add pictures of my water treatment system, lol.

Sounds good.
