Thank god it is friday!

Couldn't agree more. Getting kinda fed up with the people I work with and their stupidity.

J

Yea I had two solid days of that! Maybe something in the air.

Sean, I remember you saying you drink a lot of carbonated water.

What are the benefits and disadvantages to it and why do you drink it?

Benefit, I like it and it helped me kick my 12 pack of Mt. Dew a day habit. I now drink no soda. Goes great with food, wonderful with espresso, and is downright refreshing.

Disadvantages is that it is expensive if you buy it, but I make my own. Cost me about $0.01 more per 2 liter than tap water.

I need to commission you to build me one Sean.

Not having to haul it would be heaven

Uber easy if you aren't hiding it in the basement and piping it upstairs. Even then, I just sweat copper pipe together. If necessary and people want to move forward, I will put a how to guide on HAF.

I may be interested. Does it flavor the water any?

Not really, easy to add flavor though. Just squeeze some fresh lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit etc. into it.

*note if you let it go back to flat it will taste slightly different than normal water but the idea isn't to drink water that is flat :P

I am going to have to join HAF so I can see this log. Both the wife and I enjoy carbonated water.

I like my water wet. :P

My drinking water goes through an RO system, reason for asking if it would flavor the water. Certain containers make my water taste funny.

Yup; I know my parents were fairly lenient when it came to watching movies, G, PG, PG-13, just no R rated movies (unless under direct adult supervision :roflmao: )

That is 20%! I didn't think of it that way. I will be really happy if I get down to 265 within a year or so. Short term is to get down to 300.

When I was 255-265 before I had a 36-34 inch waist, and a 55-60 inch chest. I wouldn't mind being back at that.

Mine is RO as well ;) No one would like the way my well tastes. Remind me when I make that thread to add pictures of my water treatment system, lol.
