also interested in honda crx, geo metro and even, get this, ford pinto. don't ask why, i have no clue...

elias, i'm hoping to find something that'll get closer to 40mpg+ and after dropping in the boom, still get over 25...

blew the hell outa a old hot water heater and found a nice old, heavy mattress....punched it a few times and then punched it with 165gr jhp slugs.....

Its definetly not a car that would like a 18" SX in the back since the rear hatch is just 1 piece of glass and no "trim"

Maybe not, but I'd rather not drive than trade in my individuality for a Civic I'm just not a fan of that car. I've never seen or driven in one that I've liked a lot.

VW's are fine - a buddy of mine had an older GTI that had some real zip to it. Jettas are chick cars, at least around here, and they're a PITA to install in (as I found out recently), but they move decently quick.

I guess you were too "thick-skinned" to read all of my post, because I was trying to bring to light a bigger issue. All I was basically saying, is that we all can benefit from showing a little more respect to one another. Not only did you contradict yourself, but if you are as truly insensitive as you say you are, then I assume you will jsut overlook this post and not even respond....because of course, you "don't care"

I'd honestly like to move into a more positive direction around here, but without everyone's understanding I dont think we are really accomplishing anything. I think that learnng and the exchange of information are primary to everything else.

Kent, you should look into an L99 Caprice

dont know how much they cost, cant imagin it'd be too much, but they get 28-30 mpg and i've seen a XXX18 in the trunk of one, and also theyre huge so it wont look like such a clown car with you in it
