So the time has come to make a decision. Which way to go with subs.

What are you looking for Neal?

On the fence. I can either add 2 more ssd's 12's or go with an SSA sub line.

Either way I am buying from some good people.

The only reason I DIDNT buy SSA's was due to the deal with DD and their ability to meet my needs.

finally managed to find a nice, natural, minimally processed bird for Christmas; not a heritage/wild bird but w/e

Details...

What can I say, I live in a shithole of a town; the Chevy dealership where we bought the Silverado (35 miles away) gave us a free oil change, tire rotation, and paid for the gas over there and back. We stopped at the local H-E-B and they had scores of 'em. Same grocery chain, same basic store size, different turkey selection

Granted, if I went to Houston I could find any manner of protein for Christmas, but since I didn't get to do a turkey for Thanksgiving, I'm making one now. What can I say, I like good turkey :P

A friend of mine has spent a good amount of time in Germany and has some awesome pictures. Some day I plan on visiting.

A new study shows that Fox News viewers are more likely to believe demonstrably false things than viewers of other networks. Which is to be expected. But it also shows that the more you watch, the more misinformed you get.

The study, by WorldPublicOpinion.org [pdf], which is affiliated with the University of Maryland, asked 616 voters whether they believed a variety of demonstrably false assertions, like "my taxes have gone up under Obama" (they have in fact gone down). Unsurprisingly, vast percentages of voters believed falsehoods: 53%, for instance, believe most economist estimated health care reform to increase the deficit over the next decade. Only 13% believed the opposite—most economists have estimated that it will lower the deficit, which has the benefit of being true.

Of course, it makes sense that the people who believe these untrue things also get their news from Fox News, our nation's premier purveyor of untrue things. What's fascinating is that the likelihood that a voter believes falsehoods increases with that voter's time spent viewing Fox News, while the opposite dynamic is true of other outlets—the more you watch CNN or MSNBC, the less likely you are to believe untrue things.

How is this one?

Thank you! Nothing makes me want to die more than anything related to that damn movie. It's my mother's favorite movie and every Christmas season for a month straight, for countless years, I had to watch that movie night after night, after night. .

. . . Or Fox is the only truthful new source while the rest of them conspire to spread the real lies.

I get really depressed when my son is not around and not having him on a weekend is horrible. I have three things that must get done this weekend, but I can not find the motivation.

Realistically though all 24 hour news channels have some agenda to push/axe to grind

Fox News gets more attention for their BS than other networks simply due to their size/ratings/presence
