Shit, I only make $15.68/hr, so the pay isn't great. I do have some very nice perks though. I make my own schedule. As long as I work 40 hours per week, I can work whenever I want. I get paid to drive to work and back home. My time starts as soon as I leave my driveway, etc. . . .

well.. i make min wage unless i'm making good tips during room service.. but as soon as it slows down i'll make 10-20 dollars (+5 dollars an hour) in the span of 6.5 hours which sucks.

shit making 15 dollars an hour for me right now would be pretty good.. i'm just trying to rack up money before i go to basic training since i'm not going to school yet.

I loved working sales at Sears, I worked with some very good people, lifetime Craftsman customers made the job worthwhile as well

My interested in Craftsman tools has been fading away for awhile. They aren't bad, and work fine but I would rather spend my money on something like Wright, SnapOn, Matco, etc. Most of their power tools to me just plain old suck. The only thing I've found that suck in a good way are their shop-vacs that we have floating around here, they take a beating and keep on going.

Best thing about craftsman is the fact I know where their store is to go get a new tool when it breaks and don't have to go find someone on a truck, or take it to a friend who is an plane mechanic to exchange for me when the tool man comes to see them.

Same here. Unless I need something for light duty power then I'll use craftsman tools.

However, I use some snap on wrenches and they just seem better for some reason... Maybe I like their sleek, smooth, finish on ours.

They are longer, smoother, easier on the hands, and easier to clean. Downside is that they are twice as expensive.

I agree, nice tools are a blessing. Makes the job easier. I have used Craftsman and Snap-on tools for almost everything. Wiha screwdrivers are the best though.

Crafsman is the only hand tools in my storage unit (for now) and will be what I buy more of when I get home. As Ryan said before, its easy to find a place to get replacements and with the prospect of moving from place to place to place it makes my life easier. I just wish they hadn't gone to K*Mart in addition to Sears. I say this beacuse they just dont seem right there.
