some strange cooking shows on TV

just saw a guy "sear" a 2 rib roast with a blowtorch before sticking it in a 125F oven for 24 hours

afterward he cut the roast off the bone, sliced into thick steaks, seasoned with salt and pepper, then seared them in a cast iron pan.

Stupid. Sterilization with a torch isn't good enough for me unless that oven is at 140. Then fuck cooking it afterwards.

I assume you've found the setting that allows them all to be in one list and when you click they open their own window? (perhaps new tab if you do that)
