<-- been using a copper sauce pan as a press when needed

Makes a mess though.

I used to just get a teapot boiling and use that. Pig should be better.

;)

The Nealies are not AMAZING, but it's fun to watch them cook together. The only people on food network I can't handle are rachel R, and the blond who makes "half home made" and always does desert. Otherwise the TV is on in the background all the time, and 75% of the time it's the food network.

Trying to figure out what is going to motivate me today and realized I have 221 Miles Davis albums (not counting other albums he is on). Exactly why I don't have an Ipod. Let's see, I can fit 1 artist on per pod, lol.

Rachel is useless, dumb blonde sucks, and pretty much I agree. Mine isn't on all the time, but when it is FN ftw.

I might actually plug mine in today. Just spin it up and make sure everything is okay.

Probably build a box for my Rlp12 for the living room. I'd love a LLT Rlp15, but just don't have the space for it plus I already have this driver. Perhaps at the same time I'll build a box for the IXL for my office. :P

I am jelly, have all the blades ready?

I wanted an rlp 15 or the old TC ultra(was/is it the LMS on PE?). Then I found the mael-x, and thought that 2 of those would do better than one of the other.

I have two blades. Should be enough for nearly everything I need to throw at it.

The plan for the living room is a downfiring, port down box that I will cover to look like a piece of furniture. Figure it is a good first shot with the saw as it will be hidden mdf although I don't expect any issues as cutting squares with a table saw isn't so tough. Good excuse for the woman though on why the speaker boxes happen first :D shhhh

I don't think I have ever sat down to listen to Miles Davis. Ever.

Brunetts are better, but it's all esophagus in the middle.

I need to get a saw to finish the kitchen.... Oven still isn't closed in yet, need to sand, then stain wood.

I hade made a sad realization. I will live in this house for quite a few years I think. I wanted to be in for 5 and then out.

At least the means I will get things done sooner now that I have admited this to myself.

I bought the house I am in for the long haul. Done flipping, too much fucking work and I should be able to make more money doing what I do best and not trying to do what other people can do much more efficiently.

I would have just kept the house and rented it.

Umm, that would have been bad.

The location I lived in wasn't rentable so much as it was near horse barns in the country. Particular buyers would love it.

Plus I sold it for $460 and today it is probably worth $280 :P Gotta love tripling your money in 7 years :D

Doubt I could rent my current house either. I just don't imagine people renting for $5k/mo here.

Oh shoot sorry. I was saying with my place I would have moved in 5 and just rented. Unless of course I could make a profit like you did. Just not so likely with my location.

I'M SO AMPED FOR MY KNIVES TO GET TO ME IN THE MAIL!

Doesn't mean I haven't thought about buying some rental property, but I'd choose the property for that purpose then.

I am amped for your knives too. There are a couple more I need and one of them is definitely a sashimi knife.

You would be shocked. Lots of high income (now) low credit exec's out there. Want to be in the area and not want the hassle of owning, or won't be in MN for more than a few years.

My cousin sells homes with the intent to rent for the buyer, and some guys live in what I would call not a nice area but buy homes in the Oak Groves and Tonka type areas. I'm not sure if your comunity would even allow it, some HOAs don't allow renters.

They will, but the renter doesn't get my boat slip. :P

high income low credit is particularly amusing. I mean wtf are you thinking?

I carry no balance on my credit cards, have no loans outside of my house, and have scores well into the 800's. The only knock on my credit is that I have a revolving balance usually of around $5-10k but that is almost all business expenses and monthly so not much I can do about it. As a percentage of what my cards support though it is less than 10% so I find it amusing they call it a high revolving balance.

LOL!

The HOA says so, not me. Although I could rent my house and still park my boat there. Hmmm.
