Oh, you'll use it :) I wasn't really worried.

Do you guys use the lump coal with the wood?

Natural lump is always the base, smoking wood I add for flavor depending on what I am cooking/smoking.

Any lump coal better than the other?

Definitely. Can make a huge difference. Not sure what you have locally, but here is a site that reviews them :)

The last couple days when I've tried to get onto the site it hasn't worked 2-3 times. After trying to load for a second it just stops loading on a white page and says "done" down on the bottom status bar. I figured they were doing maintenance or upgrading things or something. So maybe that's doing that for other people as well.

Adjusted work schedule today, 9:30-3, due to the snow still on the ground and making things a bit messy. Sweet. I took yesterday off because of the weather/road conditions. Plus my gf had just gotten home the night before from 3 weeks in her hometown so I wanted to spend the time with her. Fun day.

We watched District 9, which was quite different than i was expecting. It underperformed by a good bit, IMO. I think it could have been so much cooler.

Holy lump coal. I would have never guessed there to be that many brands.

I did see the BGE brand along with the BGE itself down at the Reading glass and china shop, I will have to check to see when we have localy.

And I guarantee when you find someone who sells Wicked Good Charcoal or another highly rated brand, you will also find someone who is nuts about ceramic cookers. Really funny to meet people this way, but everytime I try a new shop that has something I have a hoot talking to them.

Mmmm homemade macaroni and cheese :D

Effff, I have some cheese waiting for macaroni but I forgot to buy macaroni yesterday

Aww that's a bummer! I shredded some Tilamook cheese :D GOOD stuff!

Cheese in Europe >>> cheese in US. Regrettably. Some good ones are available here, but not in your normal grocery store.

Indeed; I do find tilamook and cabot to be the best ones found in normal grocery stores though, good stuff

Is it just me or has the posting on the site in general slowed down a bunch? Perhaps I am just here more, but there used to be more pages of new posts to read through.

Could it be people are actually using that search button? Nahh, probably not.

I don't know if I mentioned this but it cracks me up. I talk cars so much with a friend of mine every time he tries to type "go" into his phone using the 10 key it automatically chooses HP.

Cracks me up everytime I think about that.

He needs a full keyboard

I dropped his HTC and is waiting on a TP2 or the new one comming out this next spring. using a BB

Droid > Anything HTC

I laugh at that sir.

Don't get me wrong, they are nice phones with cool features, but they are DAMN slow!

huh??

Weird you say that. I feel the same way about the driod.

Kind of like how they advertise they can do multiple apps at the same time. My winmob been running multi apps since it was called a pocket PC. What device have you used that you felt was slow?

That is the droids stab at the iphone, not winmo

I used the TP2 and it is considerably slower than my droid is

Alright, I think I am going to vote to split the Hop up. It loads so slow it is frustrating to view. I say divide it and continue on.

keep the first ten pages, then the last 1000. Keep it an easy number to remember for the post count :)

DES MOINES, Iowa – Snow was piled so high in Iowa that drivers couldn't see across intersections and a North Dakota snowblower repair shop was overwhelmed with business as heavy snow and wind chills as low as 52 below zero blasted much of the Midwest on Thursday.

I couldn't get into a thread no matter what I tried, I was able to get to the individual sections, but couldn't list a thread without a forum error, which appeared to be related to a URL plugin, likely the SEO friendly URL's. Also, the URL's being generated are different from the URL's I checked last night. Example: 97f23-{34221}-Nightshade-v2-New-Personal-t34096.html instead of just Nightshade-v2-New-Personal-t34096.html, something like that.

The software team finally got a chance to check it out, and what was happening was that there were some site modifications that were causing conflicts. So the users who have viewed the thread tweak is gone as it was pulling a great deal from the database, and members online today was also turned off. We should be ok to go now. :)

Wow, slow overnight. At volvo getting an oil change and the service records for the trukc

Curious to know what brand of oil they use.

Castrol Syntec blend. 7.3 quarts of it for $23.50 + filter which for a dealer I don't consider too bad.

I went mostly as I wanted to get the full service records for the car as I forgot to pick them up when I picked up the car. I just want my ducks in a row for the Certified Warranty it has considering it is bumper to bumper to 100k.

That is quite good. The sled takes 8.5 quarts at $4.25 a q, and $24 a filter. :(

The software team from IPS got on it last night and they turned off a few mods that were making the database work too hard, so when the site got really busy it would overload the server. So we should be good to go now as it is loading the fastest I have seen since we upgraded the entire software to 3.x.x.
