That or call it a nite and get some good sleep and wake up early for a better start (that is usually how I did my studying). It seems like at the end of the day, after all I been through studying wouldnt be a good idea for me or my mind. I just wake up early and get my studying in then.

I used my canadian pharmacy majic.

My sinus' are so bad they are bleeding from snoring at night.

I'm going to bust out the netti pot and try to rinse it out. I hate that thing. About to go make a cup of tea or maybe get some drip coffee(I know I know but it helps).

What I do know a month ago before getting back into exercizing, if I had this back pain and nose that I had this morning... I would have called in sick today. Endorphins are like being high on Jesus' love in an evangelical frenzy, only I don't have to pay for it or faint.
