Went shooting yesterday. Shot two hundred rounds of handloads. Functioned flawlessly so that was good.

I like the car and the room, and the 3800 engine is a tank, but I know it's going to be a money pit, and well, if I'm going to be spending a lot of money on something, it's going to be a Blue Oval.

Got a line on a nice TC down in Indy with less than 100K miles, but it's not like that's anything big on the 2.3 anyways. It needs paint and has a nice dent behind the door, but that's only some labor and $300 in materials, so. . .

There's just a special place in my heart for the 'birds and the 2.3T. They make good boat anchors, but they can make a lot of power cheaply too, and have the reliability of a diesel.

For some odd reason I kind of like having a ton of stuff to do. Keeps me active.

Well Sunday is basically the only night of the week when I know when the wife comes home. As such I decided to make a pork tenderloin. I thawed it out, used about 3 FRESHLY sliced Gala apples, 3 bottles of Hornsby's Crisp Apple draft cider and a pyrex glass pan. Below is the results.

As you can also see we had some baked beans, and crescent rolls. I kinda think its looks a bit like salmon. Yes I cheated and didn't home make the rolls or beans, but pre-made and cooked by me is just as good IMO.

Also there is some pics of myself and the sous chef/wife.
