Interesting time to buy or not buy, all I can say is that I think a bargain is still a bargain but if you aren't going to live in a place for five years minimally I'd choose to not buy and instead invest your money in other ways.

No, they should give it back to you and then take it back again.

I've had my own house before, and now with the woman. With my current financial status, the uncertainty of having a sustained income, and the fucked up world, I'd rather just rent.

I have the same problem, but only with car parts and audio gear.

i believe its usually true.

That's why the martial artist can break all those bricks. after years of breaking bricks their bones have fractured and grown back. Thus making a thicker and stronger bone.

Bones continually grow. When you stress bones cells in the bone get into action to built new bone over the stressed bone, as they do this small layers from un-stressed bone are removed to build up protection for the bone that is frequently stressed.

My Laptop/Wireless Router drives me up the wall some times. I can sit here in my room for 20 minutes and it works fine and then all of a sudden it will not load a page. Walk into the kitchen, wait a second and it usually resumes fine and works in the kitchen. I've used the same router for 3 years and use to play online games from the exact place in my room for hours on end, but for some reason this summer it aint happening.

shit, i have the macintosh sold but i'm super weary of this buyer. he is from europe and has a few references but every time he sends me the payment he sends it as a gift through paypal....kinda strange.

maybe i should just keep his gift for a while?

I always payed for products as products. Not services, not goods. Read about a case when somebody bought a product, payed as a service, never received the product and never got his money back.

I think he would mean to send the product as a gift so he won't pay at the customs. Ask him and if that is what he wants, don't send it as a gift, instead declare it lower.

well it's a $2400 payment and he didn't have a verified account or a shipping address, i told him to get those and we'd be cool. He verified the account, but still no shipping addy tied to payment.

Not sure if my address is tied to the account.

I suspect it's only possible in some countries. Where is he from ?

I never actually paid a deposit on this place. I moved in after my roommates were already here. I was just hoping to be sneaky :) Heck they've forgotten how much we paid in rent before.

this is true. I used to read clinical trials for fun when I was younger. I wanted to be a biochemist when I was in HS. Hormones and the seratonin/dopamine use in the body. It's so amazing how we still don't fucking know a thing about the real reactions that go on inside. Amazing to me.

I think that's kinda cool though. It adds to the mystique of our bodies, and is good for humbling us by keeping something we don't understand. Nature just does a lot of cool things. Once we understand them all, then where do we go?

Once we understand, we can improve, or make commitments to fixing the atrocoties of biology. The body and it's interaction is beautiful though you are correct.

And MN even pays for it. Post secondary option. Allows high school students to get both college and high school credit for taking classes at a local University/College...and it's free. I went right after my sophomore year

I am so jelous.

A short sad story from me... Ahem. I scored in the 97%-95% nationwide on those stupid tests and was a candidate for first the International Bachaloriate program, somehow I didn't get in though. Oh well. I want Post secondary more. I filled out the nesicary forms. I had a very honest councelor in HS and when I was told I wouldn't get in because my school had already used the funds for lower income and minority students. Because my mother made more than poverty line(19k at the time, and 75% of my class was below) and I was white as driven snow, I was put in the "if there is any left over money" pile.

Hooray for socialist school systems HOORAY!

LOL

They have that at Lamar where kids do there last 2 years of high school living at the college. But the kids are normally weird and miss out on prom, etc... which I think really sucks since Senior year of high school was an extremely bad ass year for me.

not to mention there rules are very strict and they don't get to live like an actual college student. Not sure that they even get to bring a car and there set of dorms have gates and locks so that they can't leave after kerfew and such...

We call them the cage kids

In MN we just went to the college and then just went home. It was just like HS here, you just went to a different school.

Anyone have their appendix removed? If so, how long do I have to wait to bust a nut?

What size fuse do you have??

Really, I would say wait a week or 2 for a BJ where you don't move. 3-4 weeks before you do any of the work.

The man hammer is attached to the abdomen inside, so just be carefull.
