You just have to change the bulbs or what?

The kits come with a wiring harness, ballasts, and HID bulbs. :fing34:

They are amazing!!!

I'm not knocking your car, i'm just saying the SRT is extremely fast for a stock car, and you shouldn't be able to touch it if yours is stock.

You've obviously never ridden in an Eaton'd 3.8 MN12. They are nasty down low. Run out of steam pretty quickly though.

never have but the srt6 weighs less has way more HP and only about 20ft lbs less torque (curves not taken into account) so i can't imagine how they'd even come close on the highway.

HP and torque are nothing but numbers by themselves. They tell you nothing without factoring in the gear ratios of the tranny/rearend, shift points, stall speeds, etc. . .

My old Cobra has less HP and torque than an LS1 F-body and was heavier, but I would kill them out of the hole. Top end was another story, and that's where the powerband is on the 4.6 4V.

While i get what you're trying to say, are you willing to stand behind the statement that you think the thunderbird had a chance in the mentioned race?

9 millimeter

it's like asking a guy what kind of subs he has and hearing "fiteens"

I must be weird then. I always say millimeter instead of em em

i think you completely missed the point of my post, a 9mm is not a gun, it's a measurement to be specific, but i'd be way more ok with it being used to reference a bullet or cartridge(9x19 luger, parabellum, nato, etc) just like a "fiteen" is not a subwoofer, its the diameter of the sub. and that someone who refers to their gun by their bullet is not a gun person.

just like ryan2 was saying, the whole damn point of concealed carrying is so that people don't know you carry. I personally would never carry if people knew i was.

When we 1st heard this we realized we had a device that would hold its own against some very expensive tweeters. Used with a good midbass or 2 with a crossover of 250-1000 Hz, a full range 2-way can be had.

Oh boy oh boy. Fingers crossed I can get them to sound well in the kicks :D

It is cone and basket treatment. Now I don't know how much the cone does, but I can't recall seeing any threads on forums about how it doesn't work. The 85k does need some basket work done to it from the factory in my opinion, when I get time I am taking my dash back apart to do some to mine too.

As I can see they are using some sort of modelling clay on the basket. Is that what you were thinking of doing for treatment ?

Yo adrian

i was reading up on wikipedia about HD radio.

If i read the article correctly HD has a higher bandwidth then regular analog.

ex: analog is +(-) 130kbits/s with addition too +(-) 70kbits/s on the same transmission line

what ya say adrain?

Except for the fact that the higher bandwith could mean better quality... I have no idea about HD radio

for most vehicles.. i need to get a whole new glass piece my lights are GAY

note getting a new complete light housing is the proper way to go.

the pop and play method, most of the time blinds other drivers, because the light is not focused correctly

I'm working on getting some more proper housings. But for now I ride with the dims on, which are still Halogen.

It's strange but I love it!! The one bulb "base" has the HID and a Halogen on it. The Halogen is till brighter then my old ones but are focused fine.

:suicide-santa:

eff it... I'm doing MDF counter tops.

How about cement

Nope.

I was just in a horrible mood yesterday. They put a hold on 2 slabs of the 2 types we loved at a different location. Should be good.

I think the house remodel, and no kitchen, combined with all the stuff for the wedding is finally getting to me. We had suprise company over last night, so I ran through the house cleaning and straightening up the best one can do without any cabinets, and with appliance boxes and such can do.

I felt so much better just looking at a clean vacuumed carpet, and no mail on the coffee table. It was refreshing.

Cement is more expensive than Granite.

I myself will be doing Granite tiles with a stainless tile back splash.

another good point. Cement is not cheep!

Sort of defeats the purpose then now doesn't it. If you spent that money to "look cool" I really don't get it. :(

minji was telling me about a guy she works with that was "telling" her he carries a 9mm for safety

she seemed shocked when i told her that A) people who carry for safety don't fucking brag about it

b) anyone who knows guns doesn't refer to it as a "9mm"

LOL, what a tool. If I'm carrying, I'm sure as fuck don't tell a single damn person about it. Some people know that I carry, the woman and a couple of friends are about it, but no one knows when/if I am actually carrying though. My view on it is that its a concealed carry gun, if it has to be drawn, it has already been decided what exactly is going to happen. Other than that, I sincerely hope no one ever knows when/that I carry.
