back problems started at 17 or 16 for me, but i dont' think it counts since it ended up being kidney problems

that sounds worse than back pain, or at least more expensive. i think i need a new pair of running shoes, it has been a few months since i bought my last pair.

Nothing specific, but I at at the gym regularly.

I have a mechanic who will hang from his feet (upside down) he claims this streches his back muscles and keeps everything in line with his spine.

Keep in mind he is in his 50's and works a 12 hr shift on his feet a lot.

i'm sick of the double standard when it comes to equal treatment for women. if women wonder why they make less money and face prejudices in the working world all they have to do is take a close look at themselves.

back is better sort of

i still can pop my lower back pretty much whenever i want to. :/

All started with football and lifting weights, and squats! gah i hate those damn things

and let alone my knees aren't very well off either.

Remodeling the kitchen, added another 50 square feet or so total, and whil in the middle one of our roomates flooded the basement. Much drama insued. She turned out to be a nut bar. It's pretty much sucky. But otherwise life is good. New appliances all around. Just got 2 new subs for the HT. Some sexy mal-x's Can't wait to get onto that project.
