so how exactly do you get to be apart of all these "teams"

*prepared for sarcasm* :boobs2:

very carefully

Was this directed at me?

Basically you send out emails, realizing that it is still going to take a substantial financial contribution to complete your goal. You have to market yourself and prove to the company that their investment in you is worth while. For example, for the 2009 dB drag season, my goal is to make it to world finals. I will have my car at every major event within a 300 mile radius of where I live including multiple 3x events. I should be able to make it on dBtv at carlisle, and I'm trying to get this all done and bring my ss1-2 build down to SBN next season.

Once you have your foot in the door at one company, it gets easier.

And team SSA and Audio Obsessions are shops I'm representing, not that I'm getting anything other than that from them.

there was a thing on the radio where they were convincing a girl who had just taken her vehicle in to a garage that they had to install a transmission because hers didn't have one. I feel bad for people like that.

If we are talking about the same one they told her they were going to install 2 transmissions for better mileage.

And someone put her left tires on the right side and her right tires on the left

Grill

It isn't easy to "grill" potatoes. Either a griddle on the grill or cast iron skillet can let you make American fries though. The crack will come in the seasoning, again good salt is your friend.

I don't have to grill them. you just asked how I was cooking the burgers

I assume with the grill though that you'd like to be outside.
