I came to know with now dismay

That in this world we all must pay

Pay to write, pay to play

Pay to cum, pay to fight

And all in time,

With just our minds

We soon will find

What's left behind

I think its time for a change of scenery

endless sand and heat just isn't doing it for you?

The people and distance from the woman is killing me. I fucking want to be out east.

At the least out of here.

Bad enough when they show me the big E on the eye cart without the glasses, I squint to tell if its a E. The new prescription I can see 20/15 though. :)

lol, and you shoot competitively. would be fun to watch you shoot with no glasses, though i'm sure with them on, you pwned me good.

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :slayer:

You'd smoke my ass on the range if we shoot a plates match or something like that, but if we shoot international style....

I have a full size government model that is the cat's ass of 1911 style 45's for what I paid imo . I also had a ix-d which was a little smaller. They shoot great. The only inkgling of a problem I ever had was with the ix-d jamming after heavy shooting while manually ejecting unspent rounds. But neither ever jammed while being fired. I got rid of the ix-d only because the offer was too good to pass up :)

Since Kent and Ramos are in here... Ideas as to what to get for a concealed carry gun for me this summer. I can't conceal a full size very well with my size, I'm 5'10" 145lbs. I'm thinking a Walther PPK in .380. Any other recommendations?

kel-tech p3at or the new ruger lsp, same caliber and all but the same gun. both .380, both will fit in your pocket. i have the kel tech. can't limp wrist it, but otherwise a decent backup. under $300.

if you are thinking walther, the new ppswould be my choice. can be had in 9mm or .40 s&w. alot of firepower in that slim ass frame.

anything from kahr, if you have enough budget. but then again, the walther is close.

any compact 1911. kimber aegis is a good one in 9mm, or any one in .45 acp/GAP

though with your size, the pps in 9mm would be just about perfect.

i've gotta run, time for class

So wierd that I was just about to ask the same question.

Thinking of getting a concealled and want a good small reliable gun (that will stay in my truck).

Or maybe I'll get the 357mag revolver for fun :D

i can't help but love the .38snub for concealed carry. i'll probably be picking another one up soon too.

i've got a real small frame too so it's hard to conceal anything with much of a handle or barrel, but i do wish i was big enough to carry the 1911.

One of my friends carries one of the mini frame aluminum Kimber 1911 for his concealed carry and he is not much bigger than me.
