I don't even know the laws in KS, do they operate on an ABC system or package stores?

I'm confizziled. For anything above 3.2% you have to go to an actual liquor store to get 6% beer and hard liquor, you can only buy 3.2% donkey piss in grocery stores/gas stations.

Is that what you were askign?

Damn, ya'll system is fudgeed.

We can buy 6%, wine and below at grocery stores/gas stations, and anything above has to go to ABC kind of store.

In most parts of the South, none of the liquor stores are independent, they're all state-run...

Ahhh, independent liquor stores here, but we have the Carrie Nation laws that prohibit the selling of anything good at grocery stores etc.

I didn't realize this till a year or so ago.

I know I hate our "blue" law. Which I don't know if thats what it is called anymore.

Certain cities get a freepass on this, and I don't think its fair.

I'm running into the same problem :(

I'm looking at 211 and 845 SET amps, then realizing I don't have DMMs capable of handling the B+ voltage :D

High voltage is fun, though...

And all this because I want to smash a pop can in ways that no man has ever smashed a can before.
