There is no separation of church and state now.

But recent research suggests that a larger % of the population is moving away from religion altogether in the US; a separation may be possible, if any church still exists at the time.

Based on the blind followers who know very little about Obama, there is a very large number of young, weak minded sheep in in this country, so the research you mention is interesting.

Technically there has always been a very large number of young, weak minded sheep in this country :peepwall::gayhaaay1:

Maybe I did not realize how many there were. Even though I was on the road for nearly 2 years, it is still easy to forget what middle America is like, and that most people do not live in or around major metro cities I like have become used to I guess.

Well, I am about to spend a few grand on a grill on ebay but haven't ever bought anything on ebay before. I have negotiated with the guy and he is going to do a buy it now for me on a product he listed before. My concern of course is what happens if something goes wrong. It is 500lbs and shipping from Texas. I can surely use Paypal, but wasn't sure if there was a safer way of insuring that I don't get scammed. Any thoughts?

It is pathetic and the sole reason that most of Europe and a lot of Canada, hell pretty much the rest of the world, doesn't have a high opinion of Americans. Our government doesn't help, but it isn't the driving force regrettably we are :(

Credit Card would be the preferred way IMO. I've heard too many PayPal horror stories to endorse it. Get tracking info too (not sure if tracking info is standard nowadays or not)...

basically what it comes down to is having as much "hard" evidence as you can get in the off chance legal action would have to be taken

I don't think it turned out that bad considering that I built it in roughly a day.

It was one of those builds where I started out knowing I was going to build a desk, then proceeded to hash out all dimensions at the table saw.

You can be a young, weak-minded sheep and still move away from religion. As someone who very frequently discusses religion, I can tell you there are a very large number of uninformed, young atheists who have no idea why theism has failed them and can't provide a convincing supportive argument for atheism other than evolution or the series of misnomers in the Bible. It's a youth movement thing and, like most of them, it is coming from largely uninformed people who think they know a lot.

I like to think I'm an exception. But as a realist, I understand that you will always be wiser as you age and, thus, thinking you have answers to big questions in life when you're under at least 50 seems a bit naive.

Thanks Sean, but no, did not build the filing cabinet, didn't have the time. I broke down and went out and bought one.

Yes, they are HD457's, my HD580's are on top of my printer, the headband is still broke on them.

Why? Why the fuck not? I cook on a grill all the time, might as well have about the best money can buy.

Double rotisserie, over 50" of rotis space...you can do a whole suckling pig easy or at least 6 chickens. Something ridiculous like 100+ Hamburgers at a pop as well. Most important to me is the heat/heat control. I want to see 700 degrees for pizzas, need to sear flesh, and be able to slow cook when necessary. I am also sick of the too small grill shuffle when I have 10 people over.
