can you put up a list of what you've still got?

Oh boy, that would take a while. If you PM me requests, I can dig. The for sale pile, one is about 5' the other is 3' tall.

On this day in 2005, YouTube launched. In 1995, Kevin Mitnick was arrested by the FBI and charged with breaking into some of the United States' most "secure" computer systems. In 1946, the first general-purpose electronic computer, ENIAC (Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer), unveiled at the University of Pennsylvania. And in 399 BC, the philosopher Socrates was sentenced to death. Happy Birthday Alex Borstein (1973), Chris Farley (1964-1997), Janice Dickinson (1955), Matt Groening (1954), Jane Seymour (1951), Harvey Korman (1927), Cesar Romero (1907-1994), John Barrymore (1882-1942), Susan B. The publisher sets the price and makes a killing. They are the reason why your textbooks cost so much. In all actuality, it is a business ... unfortunately.

Software and programming are the worst. Never bought back. :(

steve, the obvious choice is the mag, but it won't have that kind of power handling. Though I liked my 12" Q sealed but it wasn't a small enclosure, i hear the SSD with copper coil is supposed to sound quite good.

I can't say that I believe that anymore with the funky hype on the new mag.

I've got a 12" Revo from Audiopulse that I'm wanting to move right now. 28mm Xmax, 1500 W Rms, 1 - 2.5 cubes. I wouldn't say it's a small box driver, though...average box, really. It is very good but not cheap either.

I'll have to check in with you later this summer to see if it is still around.

I am going to be spending quite a bit of time driving in the next few years so this summer brings a new or new-to-me vehicle. Going to look around tonight to see if I can find any decent deals. Been looking on Autotrader.ca a lot lately too. From what I can see right now, the '07 one year lease return Impala's or Grand Prix's for ~ $18,000 might be just the thing to hold me over for a few years and treat me well on the highway.

:( :( :( :( :suicide-santa:

I can see you in a black A6, or silver E320. Used of course to bring the price down.

I'm betting on less than 10 people in my English class today. It's the last day before the break, it's a 50 minute class, and we already know that dick all will be happening in it.

I'm guessing the whole "new Impala" thing?

I'm sorry! I'll try not to get one!

I vote the Impala for a stop-gap car. Better than than the Grand Prix's, in my opinion.

Wow ... the used A6 seems to be pretty well priced. $14-$16K (CDN) for an ~'01.

Probably the sin of FWD and V6 is what he is referring to.

There is also an '07 Monte Carlo there ... however, I just think the four doors might be a little more practical for me.

Just was thinking the AWD and great ride would be right up your alley. If you are doing mostly highway, I say avoid the 2.7T. Great motor, I got to drive the very first 2.7T motored car in the US (when I was with Motor Week, it was actually in a Passat), and it has wonderful forward squirt, but if you are mostly highway crusing, the added insurance and fuel consumption is not worth it.

The Monte's are ok....my girlfriend's dad has an 06 SS and it's nice, but nothing spectacular and surprisingly ball-less considering the engine. I don't like that switching the number of cylinders it uses thing....

Steve-o, keep in mind me eruo-snob bias. So I will lean towards older used german long before new american. Plus any self-respecting piezano drives something classy. :guido:

Side note, I am eye balling a used C240 6speed, they are impossible to come by. People never sell manual mercedes, much like volvo 240's they just drive them until they are no more.

I would love to see the bat cave doing that. Hell, we have more chance of seeing me give birth to a baby giraffe than that though. :)

Who knows. If a K-car can run 10's, I guess anything's possible :P
